Beautiful new construction Modern townhome with PRIVATE HOT TUB and fire pit on large roof top deck in Winter Park!! 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with a spacious common area and a flex space that can be used as a fourth bedroom/second living/office. Walking distance to concerts, restaurants, and
shops (1 block away). Sleeps 12. Private Hot Tub, fire pit and bbq grill island on rooftop deck. Short walk to a shuttle stop which will take you to the chairlift!!! This unit also offers an attached one car garage with EV charger (adapter is for Tesla) and other parking spots behind the building as well as on the street. In unit washer and dryer.
Enter this unit from the garage or the front door which is located on the opposite side of the garage. Coming from the garage or the front door, you will bring walk into the first level flex space. It is a spacious room with a desk, twin bed with trundle, a full bathroom, seating area and a TV—such a great
space for games or a movie.
Take the stairs up to the second floor, you will find one large open room where the living room (sleeper sofa), dining room with a table seating for 10 to 12, and a well-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertop. A comfortable and luxurious space for all 12 guests. One more level up brings you to all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full-sized bunk with a twin on top and a twin trundle.
From this level, take one more flight of stairs to the magnificent roof top deck. This large space has a BBQ grill island with insulated ice bin, a private hot tub, a firepit with plenty of seating and spectacular mountain views in every direction!!!!! This is a great townhome for 2 families or several couples.
This property is NOT handicap-friendly. If you have problems walking up the stairs, then this home is NOT for you.

Beautiful and modern property. We utilized all four levels of the property which are connected via stairs. Location is ideal within Winter Park. Close to the highway, shopping, restaurants and park. Amazing soundproofing from the outside. Some minor maintenance needed (kitchen cabinet door below sink falling off, island kitchen drawer needing attention, 1st level toilet seat loose, MBR restroom toilet paper holder falling off wall, grill). The minor issues identified did not detract from our enjoying the property. Our family enjoyed the nice hot tub and eating smores around the fire pit. Host communicated perfectly via emails and texts. Property within a developing neighborhood. Landscaping in the developing neighborhood is a work in progress. However, the views from the rooftop patio were priceless!

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem is we couldn’t get hot tub to a hot tub temperature so we only used it one time. Would have used more but was not heating properly.
