Outstanding Opportunity! This is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in Beaver Village. If you are looking for convenience and comfort for your upcoming ski vacation in Winter Park, this is the perfect lodging option.
This condominium on the second floor provides the ease of single-level living. Upon entry, you are welcomed by hardwood flooring that flows into the main living area, which seamlessly combines the kitchen and dining space. The spacious dining table is situated next to the living room and features a large window that offers a stunning view of the surrounding forest, enhancing your dining experience. The living room is furnished with a sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and an oversized flat-screen TV. From the private deck attached to the living area, one can spot the occasional fox and moose wandering through the wooded regions of the complex. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The benefits do not stop here! In the kitchen, the newly installed countertops complement the wooden cabinetry and upgraded appliances. The breakfast bar provides seating for four.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, this property includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable oversized chair, complete with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a pack & play crib and is located next to the third bedroom, which contains two double beds. Both of these bedrooms share access to the second hallway bathroom. Furthermore, the fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds.
Complimentary shuttle service is available via the free town shuttle which conveniently stops just a few steps from the front entrance of the building. Guests are also only a two minute walk from the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Everything was great except the light switches in the bedrooms weren’t connected to lights! Plenty of lamps to provide light in bedrooms, just awkward/quirky that none of them were connected to light switches.

Needed a place to stay while doing a job in Winter Park. Worked out perfectly for us. Wish we would have had more time here. Nice, clean property that is well cared for. Will stay here again.

I let stay winter park know that the bedroom with the two double beds must be replaced to list this as sleeping 10 people. The beds are in terrible condition. Stay winter park who rents the VRBO said they would notify the property owner. This to me was not good enough. I would not plan on using one bedroom. I told stay winter park if they didn’t replace the beds this was my review. Be ware you cannot plan on using one room that sleeps 4. Otherwise it’s a nice place.
