The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. This is my 2nd time staying in this residence and we had a great stay overall. The main living space is spectacular, with tons of space and having the hot tub on the balcony is SUPER convenient. The game room in the entry level is also great for kids and kept them busy the entire stay. Beds are also comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The ONLY negative was the train which travels right behind this unit - every night, at least 2 trains would pass in the middle of the night (12a-1am and around 4am) which sounds like they are rushing through your bedroom, especially from the master bedroom. Future renters need to know this, because it's extremely disruptive - I am still giving the unit 5 stars and we love WP Escapes, but probably wouldn't stay here again as it massively disrupted our sleep every night. It's not as noticeable from the other bedrooms FYI.

The entire house was very nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. View was very nice and location was excellent. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The house was spacious and the views were amazing! The shuttle to Winterpark to ski was just around the corner and very convenient. The only negatives were the fireplace didn’t work…the train comes by right outside the window several times per night and very loud, and the people before us must have had pets because dog hair was all over the pillows and living room. However, would highly recommend this spot and would stay again! The house is beautiful and stocked with all supplies and nice towels etc. We received immediate responses to our questions which was much appreciated!

Train track is right by the townhome. Very hot upstair bedrooms. That’s with windows open all night. Other than that it was a nice stay.
