Enhance your Winter Park vacation by staying downtown at Sawmill Station 217. This pet-friendly home has a large central living space and four bedrooms split over three levels and allows for all the family time or the privacy you need.
On the main level find a huge sectional that can seat six comfortably and a large 60" flat screen TV with Samsung sound bar. The living room is warmed by the dual sided gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, tons of storage, and two coffee makers for those busy mornings! The back deck is located next to the kitchen and hosts sweeping views and additional outdoor seating. Enjoy a meal after a day of playing hard at the six-person dining table plus extra seats at the bar.
Ready to rest easy? Find the Primary King Suite on the main level with flat screen TV, hotel style luxury linens, and ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs and find two more bedrooms, the Second King Suite & Bunk Suite both hosting flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. Head downstairs and find the lower level Queen Bedroom with easy entry to the private hot tub, and shares a full bath with hallway access.
Finally, you'll love the downtown location if Sawmill Station 217. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, shops and all the amazing events going on in the park during the summer. Winter Park Lodging was great to work with. I highly recommend booking your stay with Winter Park Lodging. The communication was excellent from start to finish. The townhome at Sawmill Station was clean and in excellent up to date condition. We loved the location. We could walk to Main St in minutes to restaurants, shops, etc. We had access to trails close by. Everything was as it should be. We will book with them again in the future.
