Sunset Roost 77 is a newly built mountain modern home where the best seat in the house is the one on the roof, hot tub bubbling, alpenglow lighting up the peaks, downtown Winter Park a two-minute walk below you. If your group wants a home that's genuinely walkable to town and still feels like a retreat, start here.
Inside, soaring ceilings and oversized windows keep the whole main level bright, with a gas fireplace anchoring the great room for the cold evenings that follow those blue-sky days. The chef in your group gets a proper kitchen: high-end appliances, a generous quartz island with seating, and space to cook for a crowd without anyone getting in the way. Step out to the private patio when the grill calls, or gather around the fire pit as the temperature drops.
Ready to rest easy? Three bedrooms handle a big group without anyone drawing the short straw. The Primary Suite offers a King bed and private ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom holds a comfortable Queen, and the bunk room is the real workhorse, with two Full over Full bunks plus a Twin pull-out trundle.
