Important to Note Prior Booking:
1) Please book with the correct number of persons. For 1-2 persons booking, 1 bedroom will be opened, for 3-4, 2 bedrooms. If you need all 3 bedrooms for less than 5 persons, please let us know ahead of time so we can make that arrangement at small fee. Children who already have their 8th year birthday, are charged as per adult price, please count them into the number of guests in your booking. Upon arrival, guests are required to provide a copy of their ID document such as Indonesian's KTP or KITAS/KITAP or passport. Unregistered guests will be billed upon check-in.
2) The price you paid is inclusive of local hotel taxes and registration fee to the village authority, the accommodation with listed utilities, and general housekeeping. Cooking daily meals, errands and such are on your separate account, please inquire to our villa staff accordingly.
The rental does not include service charge, however this will not lessen the quality of service provides to you. Should you wish to express your appreciation to our staff, we recommend you to tip them as a group via Henny.
3) On your arrival day, you will receive a welcome refreshment or meal (please let Henny know your dietary requirements). To ensure the quality and safety of the food, please coordinate with us or Henny directly for the approximate arrival time. Subsequently, you can order other meals from Henny at reasonable prices, or you may wish to do your own grocery shopping, or ask Henny to do it for you for a small fee.
4) Should you need to use the washing machine, it is self-service. You may ask Henny to assist you in purchasing the consumables on your own account. However, the laundry is of self-service nature, and it is not part of our staff service. Should you wish to have laundry service, Henny will be happy to assist you in-house for wash and fold at a fee, or in sending it to the laundry shop nearby. The turn-around from laundry shop varies between 1-3 days depending on the type of services.
5) Please be mindful of your own and your group personal safety when exploring our property as we are located in open landscape with open concept and unique land contour. Children and persons with special needs should not be left unattended.
6) The entire property is a non-smoking zone, except at the gazebo. Please extinguish all cigarettes into CeaseFire bin before leaving the gazebo.
7) Please note that in the neighborhood, fireworks, bonfire or camp fire or anything resembling lighting of open fire is strictly prohibited.
8) The pool is divided into 2 parts, lap pool and dip pool. There is no life guard in the villa, therefore please observe our pool safety rules in the guest binder in your room.
Children and persons with special needs should not be left unattended.
Please refrain from eating / drinking while in the pool or bringing food or breakables to the edge of the pool. Food and broken glasses / plates can damage our pool filter system.
9) Our staff are available 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, with the exception of Indonesia and Bali Public Holidays.
During their workhours above, should you need to leave your child ( 5 years old and above) for a quick errand for maximum of 2 hours, you may ask our staff to mind him/her temporarily without additional charge. Please note that this is a goodwill from our staff and should not be regarded as their routine service.
If you need babysitting service, please inquire to our staff accordingly. Currently we do not offer babysitting service for child younger than 5 years old.
If you need our staff to run quick errands for you such as groceries shopping etc, it is chargeable Rp 50,000 per errand. Please pay them directly.
If you are staying more than a week, please coordinate with Henny on which day they can take their rest day so that you can have smooth arrival and departure. During their day off, Henny can still be contactable via phone and text messages, however please be mindful of their rest time.
10) As this is private home in private villa compound, everyone who is staying overnight is required to be registered with the local authorities in the village. Please refrain from bringing unregistered guest to stay overnight.
11) We kindly request our guests to respect our home and keep the the villa's equipment or decorative items in their original place and condition, please kindly use them with care.
12) All utilities provided at the Villa such as wifi, TV, and electricity (and in such, well water powered by electricity) are from external providers. We strive to provide the utmost service such as 50 MBPS wifi connection and large energy capacity for the whole villa. However, during act of God, if such service is down, we seek your kind understanding that this is outside our control hence will not be a base for compensation or refund.
13) We maintain our home thoroughly and ensure that we rent it out in safe, good working condition upon check in. We also provide transparent information in our listing to our prospective guest. Guests are responsible in ensuring the safety of themselves and their group. The use of our home, all equipment and pool is at Guest's own risk.
14) There are CCTV Cameras in the outdoor part of the villa. THere are no CCTV indoors at all. Please inquire further if you have concerns. Should you require the CCTV to be turned off, please sign a release agreement provided by our Villa Manager.
15) Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on different dates, based on Balinese calendar. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island. No outdoor activities are allowed including check in and check out.. Please inquire for the affected dates.
16) Early check in / late check out will be accommodated on case by case basis at maximum 2 hrs, if there is no prior check-out / subsequent check-in. If you need a guaranteed one, please book your stay accordingly ie. to include the night before arrival, or after departure.

This trip was not our 1st time to the small town of Lovina. And we always choose Rumah Senja as we need the peace and quiet after hectic days down south of Bali. Henny and Ketut are as kind and nice as always, pampered us with welcome snack and cold soda drink on our arrival, which js very much appreciated!

Amazing place, amazing services!! Collaborate with mbak Henny if you want to do around Lovina. She’s amazing!!!! She cooked, arranged everything very well. Well organized and knowledgeable. I was with my 17 years old son and he enjoyed everything about Lovina stayed.
We had dolphins tour that Henny arranged for us. We saw lots of Dolphins. Monkeys in our backyard. All nature views are worth it.

If you are thinking of staying in Lovina on your trip to Bali, this is the best place to stay! Do not miss out on the opportunity to stay here! Our only regret in our trip to Bali was not staying at this villa for longer!!
Upon arrival we were greeted by Henny and Ketut. Henny prepared a delicious welcome meal for us. Each day, Henny and Ketut worked to keep the villa beautiful and us well fed! Henny goes above and beyond for all guests and it shows. She helped organize transportation into town, made us a daily breakfast with fresh fruit juices, and made us reservations for dinner. Henny is a gem and her dedication to her guests make this villa unlike any other.
The villa itself was stunning! The view from the villa is unmatched. It is a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool was big and refreshing. Once you arrive at the villa, you won’t ever want to leave. The villa has plenty of space to spend time indoors and outdoors. The villa has monkeys and cats in the neighborhood. Both of which are friendly and were welcomed visitors each day.
