Natural luxury escape

Absolutely stunning grounds and views of lush landscape, a waterfall and a clean river! Even though it rained for the majority of my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings. The infinity pool stunning, tents are beautiful and comfortably furnished, wifi is strong and water is hot. The team is kind and discreet. A superb place to recharge in nature.

Super beautiful accommodation, extremely friendly and attentive staff, freshly prepared food with freshly bought ingredients, and the prices for the meals are somehow reasonable.

The only downside we noticed was the very high humidity. This was mainly due to the weather, as it rained every day. unlucky for us but all cothers needed to be dryed.

A tropical oasis

An amazingly beautiful and peaceful place — a stark contrast to the hectic busyness of Uluwatu. Everyone should experience it to truly see the real Bali. The staff, facilities, location, and food were amazing from start to finish. It was incredibly relaxing — from enjoying a massage with a view to fishing for our dinner. A special thanks to Dedi for taking such great care of us. This made our Bali experience truly magical

An amazing experience that was pure comfort and relaxation.

The glamping experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the company of our hosts and the staff were amazing at ensuring we were comfortable. The surroundings and the grounds were sensational and well kept. The meals were lovely and poolside drinks were a favourite. The picnic breakfast by the waterfall was very sweet and we appreciated the effort the staff made to set it up for us.

Lots of steps to walk up and down to get from the tents to the main house but always good exercise after all the food and lazing around the incredible pool. Also the noise of gardeners chain sawing trees in the morning for hours.

Experience the real Bali

The absolute most authentic Balinese experience placed in the middle of jungle, palm trees and rice fields! We stayed right by the river overlooking the waterfall and the surrounding nature is breathtaking! The food is amazing with local and delicious ingredients. The pool area is beautiful and great for kids with a shallow end. Best of all was the our encounter with Made and the rest of the staff that made us feel like home away from home and gave us an adventure we will never forget and the kids had the best time! A place to truly relax!

Galalima is far from any tourist places. It is a private Oasis offering a very special experience. Make sure you go fishing in the rice paddy. So much fun and absolutely delicious. The walk through the rice terrace is a must do too.

GREAT place for relaxation and comfort!

This place was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the staff were lovely. The food was delicious. Our accommodation had everything we needed... from all the toiletries you need - beautiful body and shower creams... to unlimited purification water, tea coffee, etc... Their welcome drink and food were yummy. The presentation of the room and the facilities were above and beyond our expectations. The Internet was great. We LOVED the pool and its natural surroundings. We also went on lovely walks around the local road, seeing all the farm animals and talking to the pleasant locals. Thank you

Don’t come here for your benefit

Atmosphere

We experienced bad rainy weather, which ended up leaking the toilet and the Wi-Fi and electricity went off The property refused to refund since it’s was rain not in their hand , it terms of dealing with customers it’s really bad how they handled my situation and not provided refund , finally booking.com refunded me a small amount of money not from the property it self. I don’t suggest the hotel to anybody as it’s very far from almost everything , bad customer service , lots of ants in the toilet .

The location was amazing and completely secluded. We particularly had a great time with Made the hotel manager. He was an extremely gracious host and helped us create memories that will last a lifetime. Overall a wonderful experience and amazing facilities.

Everything was perfect. An unique experience in the middle of nowhere, with beautiful garden and private waterfall. The tent was beautiful, very comfortable, all facilities was provided. The food was very tasty. Madi was great, patience and always ready to talk and full fill all our wishes. Thank you for unforgettable stay!

Amazing accomodation. Nice place to healing your body and soul. The internet worked great even though the location is far from the city. The staff was very helpfull and nice.

The best way to reach this property by using a motorcycle or make sure that your car can handle the track. The track is a lil bit rough at some point.

so calming and just beautiful surrounded by nature and the most lovely staff you can imagine. we were completely alone for the first couple of day and that’s was just amazing

I have to say that the food was absolutely amazing - but the prices are horrendous… it’s just not ok to charge six times as much as you usually pay for food in Bali .( pro tip for lunch: there a small and truly amazing warung in walking distance of just 10 minutes ✨)

peaceful, quiet, beautiful

The staff here are wonderful and extremely helpful. I had a medical issue (not related to the property) and they arranged the transport to hospital and even accompanied me there. I felt extremely welcomed at Galalima and well taken care off by Pak Made and the whole team. The location at the river and waterfall is beautiful and quiet, it is so relaxing to be there. Despite the remoteness, the internet worked great. A bonus was the delicious food.

It's best to get their transport as if you have someone from outside, it might be difficult for them to drive in... Our "regular driver" didn't't want to pick us back after sending us here haha.

Unwind, connect with nature in your own secluded paradise

Having visited Bali previously on multiple occassions this was a pleasent surprise. If you want to unwind, connect with the sounds and sights of a jungle, relax as you take in the breathtaking landscape, have a meal with a loved one next to a campfire or your own personal waterfall this is the place for you! Whilst this is technically 'Glamping ' the facilities were great; Fan, AC, hot water, infinity pool, healthy food options and the willingness of staff to go the extra mile. BTW, there are some steps you need to walk up and down as you get to you Glamping tent and there is the occassional insect to deal with but we did mind at all - After all you are in the middle of the jungle!

Galalima truly exceeded all of our expectations. The location was incredible -- much better that the photos and the room / facilities were truly luxury. But most of all was the staff. Unser Aufenthalt im Galalima Glamping war einfach unvergesslich – und das liegt nicht nur an der atemberaubenden Natur, sondern auch an dem unglaublich herzlichen Team vor Ort. Besonders Made hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Er war jederzeit für uns da, hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben, unsere Fragen mit einem Lächeln beantwortet und uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Ein besonderes Highlight: Auf unseren Wunsch hin hat uns die Küche extra Dadar Gulung zubereitet – eine köstliche balinesische Spezialität – obwohl es gar nicht auf der Karte stand. Das ist gelebte Gastfreundschaft! 💚 Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein absoluter Traum. Es gibt nur vier liebevoll gestaltete Zelte, was für eine ruhige, private und familiäre Atmosphäre sorgt. Überall um uns herum: Grün, wohin das Auge blickt. Die Natur ist hier zum Greifen nah – wir konnten asiatische Eichhörnchen beobachten, verschiedene Reptilien entdecken und wurden nachts von den unverwechselbaren Tokek-Rufen begleitet. Für unseren Sohn war es ein Abenteuer ohne Ende – am Wasserfall haben wir sogar eine Schlangenhaut gefunden, was für ihn ein absolutes Highlight war! 🐍 Kinder sind hier nicht nur willkommen, sondern werden wirklich mit offenen Armen empfangen. Für Familien ist dieser Ort einfach perfekt – sicher, entspannt und voller kleiner Naturwunder, die darauf warten, entdeckt zu werden. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Galalima Glamping eine perfekte Mischung aus Natur, Entspannung und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns zu 100 % wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem man den Alltag komplett hinter sich lassen und in die Schönheit Balis eintauchen kann, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder – Terima kasih, Galalima-Team, und vor allem danke, Made! 🙏💛

Un vrai petit coin de paradis

Le lieu est magique, la décoration des "tentes", le mobilier tout est magnifique.. La piscine à débordement au dessus des palmiers nous a laissés sans voix! Un vrai petit coin de paradis!! Le personnel est aux petits soins et tout est super bien entretenu.
