The studio, with an independent entrance directly from the street, features a semi-open design that is distributed across various areas. It includes a comfortable living area with a sofa and television, a kitchen-dining space with a bar table and two stools, as well as a cozy double bed in a separate bedroom space. Additionally, it has a bathroom equipped with a shower. The strategic layout of spaces, with subtle partitions and glass enclosures, achieves a warm and luminous atmosphere, designed to offer the best experience to guests.

Our studio enjoys the advantage of having nearby public transportation, facilitating the mobility of guests. Bus lines 3 and 148 provide direct and convenient access to the center of Madrid. This accessibility offers residents and visitors the opportunity to easily explore the city's iconic destinations, enjoying the convenience and efficiency of a well-connected public transportation system.

-There are rental cribs available for €30/stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.-Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.-Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held in this accommodation.-For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption will be included up to €50, beyond that amount they will be the responsibility of the guest.

Great place to stay, walking distance to many activities nice kitchen and washer/dryer. felt very safe even though it was ground floor. Could have used some directions in English for washer/dryer and stove but we figured it out. One issue I had was trying to get door access code in advance - we travel without phone service so I rely on wifi - did not get door access codes until day we were on train to Madrid (lucky train had wifi). So it all worked out but would have preferred to have access codes sooner.
