The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms: a cozy master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, creating the perfect space for the rest of all family members. In addition, the property has two full bathrooms, a large living-dining room, and an independent kitchen, all fully renovated and stylishly furnished.
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as complete kitchenware.
Located in a vibrant and lively area of the city center, the apartment allows you to immerse yourself in the social life of the downtown area, surrounded by an excellent range of supermarkets and restaurants. The property is equipped to the highest standards: it has an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, and central heating. To facilitate longer stays, it also includes a washing machine, dryer, and television.
Its location is strategic for transport and leisure, situated just a few minutes' walk from the Ópera metro station and beautiful green lungs (a common Spanish idiom for large urban parks) such as the Campo del Moro or the Parque Atenas. This location allows you to perfectly combine the comfort of a family home with the energy of the city and relaxing walks in nature.
For your total peace of mind, additionally and upon request, we provide a facilities management service during your stay to address any technical issues quickly, as well as an optional professional cleaning and linen change service (bedding and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort according to your needs.
For temporary stays, regulations require the signing of a seasonal lease agreement. After signing it, and outside the platform's payment system, the security deposit and utility payments will be processed.
The accommodation price includes: Booking fee, Contract fee, and Final Cleaning.

The payment of these items is essential for final confirmation and key handover.
***Security deposit: Given current national and regional regulations, a 1-month security deposit is required for all stays, which must be registered with the Legal Registry Administration. This deposit will be returned after check-out, following an exhaustive inspection of the property to ensure it is returned in its original condition.
*** Minimum stay and requirements: This apartment is exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more. According to local regulations, guests must provide documentation proving the temporary nature of their stay (e.g., employment contract, internship, studies, or home renovations).
Non-smoking property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No parties or events allowed: This is a residential building; parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets: We are pet-friendly! However, you must inform us in advance. Please note that an additional pet fee will apply.
Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
A member of our team will be waiting for you at the apartment entrance to welcome you and hand over the keys. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance to coordinate the meeting.
