The sleeping area is divided into two comfortable bedrooms: a cozy master bedroom and a second bedroom equipped with two single beds. The home is completed with two full bathrooms, a spacious and bright living-dining room, and a modern, fully equipped separate kitchen.
The property is equipped to the highest standards to ensure maximum comfort during mid-term stays: it features an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, and central heating. Furthermore, to make everyday life easier, the home includes a washing machine, dryer, and television. Its separate kitchen has high-end appliances—including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—along with a complete set of kitchenware.
Its location is strategic for both transport and leisure, located just a few minutes' walk from the Ópera metro station, ensuring excellent connectivity with the rest of the city. Staying in this location allows you to immerse yourself in the authentic life of central Madrid while enjoying moments of relaxation in iconic green spaces such as Campo del Moro and Atenas Park, perfectly combining urban energy with nature.
For your complete peace of mind, additionally and upon request, we provide a facility management service during your stay to quickly resolve any technical issues, as well as an optional professional cleaning service and change of bed linen (sheets and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort according to your needs.
For temporary stays, regulations require the signing of a seasonal lease agreement. The accommodation price does not include the security deposit, which is paid independently prior to check-in. ***Security Deposit: Given current national and regional regulations, a 1-month security deposit is required for all stays, which must be registered with the legal Registry Administration. This deposit will be returned after check-out, following a thorough inspection of the property to ensure it is returned in its original condition.
*** Minimum stay and requirements: This apartment is exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more. According to local regulations, guests must provide documentation proving the temporary nature of their stay (for example, employment contract, internship, studies, or home renovations).
Non-smoking property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No parties or events allowed: This is a residential building; parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 8:00.
Pets: Pets allowed! However, you must inform us in advance. Please note that an additional fee per pet will apply.
Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
Early Check-in: Subject to availability and prior request.

The day before your arrival, you will receive a link or QR code in your email to open the main door.
Requirement: It is essential that your phone has an internet connection.
Procedure: Activate the code only when you are in front of the door. Upon doing so, the door will unlock and you must push it immediately.
Important: The code has a limit of 2 uses and temporary validity. Do not test it before your arrival.
2. Apartment Access (Lockbox)
In the same email where you received the link or QR code to open the main door, you will find the code you need to use to open the Lockbox located on the apartment door.
Go to the door of your unit.
Key box: Enter the provided code into the lockbox located on the door.
Keys: Take the first set of keys to enter.
Second set: You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment.
