Great location, short walking distance to attractions, tapas bars and restaurants Apartment living area and bathroom are spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities Blinds and shutters worked well to reduce street noise and make it dark etc Apartment and building felt very secure and safe Very suitable for those who are mobile and spend most of their time out and about.

Don’t intend it to be a critical or negative but just a few facts to make others aware of what they are renting Bedroom is a good size but unfortunately the layout means the bed has to be small to fit into the recessed alcove making getting in and out of bed cumbersome. For anyone with mobility issues may wish to consider the foyer is split level and narrow and required some moderate effort to get bags up the steps to the elevator landing. We had a B side apartment on the second floor which was at the back of the building making it feel dark and boxed in because we had to keep blinds closed to avoid looking directly into other internal apartments bedroom windows etc literally 2-3 metres away.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Es un apartamento no muy grande, pero que no da la sensación de demasiado pequeño, ya que el espacio está bien aprovechado. Está perfectamente equipado y la recepción es muy atenta y amable. Teníamos algunas dudas y nos las resolvieron al momento por mensaje.

No es muy iluminado

A localização é excelente, é um bairro muito calmo e silencioso. O apartamento estava muito limpo e tinha tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias.

Nada a apontar.
