Home features 4 bedrooms, plus a down stairs area that is like its own private bedroom with a full bath. A Large Cedar Sunroom, acts as an additional eating/living room area. Broadkill Beach is wonderful. Very chill, beautiful. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Great bird watching, sunrise and sunset views are spectacular.. Being sandwiched between Prime Hook and Beach Plum Island was terrific. This house is really lovely. Very roomy, well organized and gracious. We really appreciated the fact that the kitchen is so well equipped. Just great!!
