About this apartment rental
Directly on the Gulf on Vanderbilt Beach—all photos taken from this condo, and my unit. Bask on the beach, by the pool or on the lanai...or under an umbrella, with your condo 10 steps away. This is a 30 unit, quiet environment with a private beach, heated pool, tennis/pickleball court on Vanderbilt Beach and stunning landscaping.
It’s a well-kept secret and a perfect place to have a restorative getaway or a vacation with your children--the large apartment will give you all the space you crave for a vacation and you cannot get closer to the Gulf of Mexico.
There is a 14 night minimum but the low nightly rate reflects that. When you do the math you'll see the bargain when compared to the La Playa Resort only 13 homes down the beach--way more space for your vacation dollar with the benefits of having their amazing restaurant Baleen within an easy walk away.
This is a pristine 2 bedroom, with an enormous living area and additional office area, free, screaming fast WiFi, with 2 full bathrooms including a master bathroom and dressing room with a walk-in closet. The updated kitchen has glowing stainless steel appliances, reverse osmosis (purified) water (no more hauling bottled water), granite counters, and fully equipped with a wide variety of cooking appliances and utensils.
There is a nicely heated outdoor pool overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, on-property dedicated parking spot, tennis/pickleball court, and dock. The condo is renovated with a tropical feeling, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico--you'll be thinking you've landed in Paradise. There are panoramic views of the ocean, palm trees and sunsets from every room--the primary bedroom is also on the Gulf so you can hear the waves on the beach while you sleep. The second bedroom has views of Wiggins Pass Lagoon and your tennis/pickleball court. The beach is groomed daily and always quiet because there are only 30 units in this building with a dozen private homes adjacent to the property. You could nap on the lanai, after watching the dolphins and manatees in the Gulf.

We have been vacationing at Vanderbilt Beach for 30 years and our two week stay at Liz apt is by far the best overall experience of them all. Location right on the beach, with a view to die for ,building with premises perfectly maintained, clean, spacious and fully equipped apt and above all Liz attention to everything was the recipe for an unforgettable stay. Of course nothing is perfect but as a value nothing comes close.
