Half a mile from Ritz Carlton and La Playa golf resort where you’d find exquisite dinning and golfing during the day. Bikes, 4 surf boards for kids, badminton, tennis set sets and one Inflatable paddle board provided for guests to enjoy!
6 beach chairs, two umbrellas, a beach cart, a large cooler and a waterproof beach tote provided for guests to enjoy their days at the beach! Beautifully decorated living room with a great view! Fully functional kitchen with high end brand new appliances installed this April.
Tile throughout the condo, spacious bedrooms, and marina views from large screened lanai. King size bed in the main bedroom that has a large sliding door with access to spacious lanai. Organic cotton Pottery Barn beddings.
Two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room.
High speed internet and roku to enjoy watching in living room and bedrooms. Two full bathrooms with walk in shower and tub. Plenty of towels, and organic cotton sheet sets!
The view from the sixth floor balcony is very relaxing. Drink your morning coffee sitting on the comfortable outdoor furniture while enjoying the sunrise. Enjoy the heated community pool when you're not on the beach. 1 bluebill building features a gated community, secure entrance and onsite manager! The lobby has been recently renovated and provides plenty of space to entertain family and friends. Convenient location to shopping, dining and entertainment!!
Numerous restaurants and grocery stores to enjoy in the nearby area. Mercato is located less than a mile away and it is a must go destination for dining, coffee and nightlife. The perfect place to go after a day at the beach!
The exciting vibe of Naples'' 5th Avenue is also a 15 minute drive south and can be a fun place to go out to dinner, watch the fancy cars drive by or enjoy a morning of selecting farm fresh produce at the Farmer''s Market.
- The Florida Everglades are 1 hour away which makes for a fun day trip to see all the wildlife that the Everglades have to offer.
- Located 25minutes from Fort Myers International Airport.
- Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins state park are steps away

Absolute loved our 3 weeks here… it was move in ready. Updated decor, light and airy ,felt comfortable and relaxed as if this were my own home. ...completely stocked kitchen and bathrooms .plenty of beach equipment. 3 .large tvs with streaming and excellent Wi-Fi. Large balcony with comfortable furniture. Loved sliders off bedroom.Our host Eltona was amazing.. was always a text or email away..I never wanted for anything.. would definitely rent again

Eltona (the owner) truly cares about the comfort of your stay. She is attentive and friendly. We would rent again and stay there. If you prefer North Naples this is an excellent place to stay. We just had a great two weeks and felt lucky to find this condo!
