Every corner of this home has been beautifully renovated with new furnishings. The condo features smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, luxurious linens, custom closets, a fully equipped kitchen, and covered parking. The condo has an open, spacious floor plan, one large Lanai plus a private lanai from master bedroom. The Master Suite has a King-Size Bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, double sinks and walk-in Shower. The guest bedroom has a queen -size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, large bathroom and walk-in shower. All bedroom's compliments with new mattress draped in luxurious linens. The kitchen has customized cabinetry, quality appliances, and is well-stocked.
The Gate community offers a heated pool, rental boat dock, tennis court, pickleball court, clubroom, and fishing from the dock. It is minutes from the Ritz Carlton, Mercado shopping and dining, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and an endless array of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
This is the first time this unit has been listed for rental. I owned a different unit in this building from 2016 to 2021. I had the opportunity to welcome 23 tenants to my old unit, which had 23 five-star reviews. Here are some reviews from the past.

Penthouse Pleasure Palace
While the interior was a bit dated, the condo was clean and everything worked. The double-sided lanai on the top floor was outstanding - highlight feature by far! Helen, the owner, was very responsive and quick to respond to every inquiry. I’m sad that she has sold this unit and it will no longer be available. I wish I found this unit years ago!!"

Great place!
This place was great. Exactly what I was looking for. Great location with pool or beach right outside your door. The unit is as advertised. Spacious and clean. The wrap around lanai is great for sunsets and provides nice ocean breezes. Helen, is a great host and readily available to assist with any questions (although I didn’t have any!!). Well equipped with kitchen accessories, towels, beach chairs etc...everything you need for a great vacation! I would highly recommend this unit."

Lovely property but there was construction work (external flooring renovation) going on for the full time of our booking hence why not given the perfect mark .... this type of work has to go on of course but unfortunately it was intrusive in terms of noise and for a couple of days we had to be out of the part and not able to return for over 8 hours ... I'm certain the place is perfect when this is not happening.The host was very helpful and apologetic about the work overrun but it did have an impact but not enough to dissuade us from going again.

Beautiful redone condo-all rooms face the Gulf! Nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen. Two balconies is a real plus. Easy few minute walk to beach. Beautiful pool. Surf Colony friendly community-great tennis/pickleball. Owner extremely responsive to comments.
