Updated 3 bedroom, beach-front, 2nd floor condominium (1800 square feet) located on lovely Vanderbilt Beach just south of Wiggins Pass State Park and one mile north of the Naples Ritz Carlton Hotel. From the screened lanai, watch the pelicans and dolphins, listen to the surf, and view gorgeous sunsets. Walk out the door, pass the heated pool and arrive on the white sand beach stretching for miles in each direction with interesting seashells to collect. The comfortable family room includes a smart TV with DVD player, Queen sofa-sleeper and a game table, all with a Gulf view and overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds. The dining room seats 6-8 at a glass-topped table and includes barstools at a counter adjoining the kitchen. One Month Minimum Rental Required.
The fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, Corian counter tops and all appliances including a microwave, electric stove and self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, and a large-capacity washer and dryer. A complete set of dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware and utensils are also included along with small appliances - a coffeemaker/keurig, blender, juicer, and toaster. The master bedroom suite with a Gulf view is furnished with white wicker furniture, a king-sized bed, two dressers and a TV. The adjoining dressing area features Corian counter tops, a custom walk-in closet and a full bath with all new ceramic tile and fixtures. Other bedrooms include a guest room furnished with twin beds and a double dresser and a cozy den with a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The den also includes a new smart TV with DVD player along with a computer desk and printer with high-speed Internet access.
All bedrooms have variable-speed ceiling fans. The hall bathroom features all new ceramic tiles, Corian counter tops and a wide walk-in shower. Ample linens, beach towels and beach chairs are also available. No smoking and no pets, please. Wonderful condo with screened porch looking out at the ocean. Gorgeous beach, never crowded. Lovely good sized swimming pool plus private cabana, poolside. Condo was equipped with anything one could want. This is a truly great vacation spot.

Beautiful and sublimely comfortable 3-bedroom condo right on Vanderbilt beach. We wish we could have stayed forever! Play tennis in the evening then jump into the Gulf for a sunset dip.
