Enjoy spectacular Gulf-front living in this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condominium located on the second floor of a boutique building on Vanderbilt Beach, just south of Wiggins Pass State Park and one mile north of the Naples Ritz-Carlton. With nearly 1,800 square feet, this spacious condo offers stunning sunset views and effortless beach access.
Relax on the screened lanai overlooking the Gulf, where you can watch pelicans and dolphins while listening to the surf. Step outside, pass the heated beachfront pool, and arrive directly on the white sand beach stretching for miles in both directions.
The open and comfortable living area features Gulf views, a Queen sofa sleeper, smart TV with DVD player, and game table. The dining area seats 6–8 guests and includes additional bar seating adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts maple cabinetry, Corian countertops, and all modern appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, trash compactor, and large-capacity washer and dryer. Small appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils are all provided.
The master suite offers Gulf views, a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, dressing area, and a private full bath. The guest bedroom includes twin beds, while the cozy den features a queen sofa sleeper, smart TV with DVD player, printer, and high-speed Wi Fi—perfect for working remotely or hosting additional guests. Both bathrooms feature ceramic tile and walk-in showers. All bedrooms are equipped with variable-speed ceiling fans and blackout shades.
Additional amenities include ample linens, beach towels, chairs, three smart TVs, stereo, books, puzzles, games, reserved parking, guest parking, keyless secure entry, storm shutters, and beautifully landscaped grounds with palm trees and flowers. Wonderful condo with screened porch looking out at the ocean. Gorgeous beach, never crowded. Lovely good sized swimming pool plus private cabana, poolside. Condo was equipped with anything one could want. This is a truly great vacation spot.

Beautiful and sublimely comfortable 3-bedroom condo right on Vanderbilt beach. We wish we could have stayed forever! Play tennis in the evening then jump into the Gulf for a sunset dip.
