Stylish furnishings, linen, mattress (allergy encased), electronics and accessories. Screened lanai located off the living room with access from the master bedroom as well.
Kitchen recently remodeled with new stainless appliances. Laundry room updated with new large front loaded washer and dryer.
This community is PET FRIENDLY- one dog under 25 pounds.

The property was very nice, clean, stocked with all the essentials you'd need for a week away from home. The location was good, walking distance (15 minutes) to the beach, driving distance (10 minutes) to almost anything you'd need (Publix, Walmart, restaurants). There was also a nice walking trail that looped around by the canal.The pool was very small, but not busy at all, so we were able to get a couple chairs under an umbrella.Henrik was responsive and able to answer any of our questions throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this property.Be prepared to pay for parking anywhere by the canal or by the public beach. It's not expensive, we just weren't prepared for a fee every time we went there.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was awesome. Close to the beach and closeto Mercato. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice. The condo was stocked with everything because we need.

Neat, clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious condo for our family. Close to the beach, walking and bike riding path, and excellent restaurants.
