About this apartment rental

2 bedroom. Master suite with private bath and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom with new twin beds and bathroom adjacent. Full size kitchen with eat at counter. Dining room. Living room and 9x23 Lanai which has a beautiful view of Vanderbilt Channel and Marina. Clean unit that is rented only in Jan. This is the owners' second residence. 4 ceiling fans with new Lanai furniture. 3 flat screen TVs with Cable. Wifi included. Beautiful heated pool. Clean well maintained grounds. Unit is professionally cleaned. Linens/towels/2 beach umbrellas, 6 beach chairs and beach towels all included.
