The open concept throughout allows the living area, dining area, and kitchen to be adjacent to each other so there's no missing out on conversation. The dining area allows for great views, but dine out on the lanai and feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves go back and forth for the best experience. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard space you'll ever need, and a breakfast bar that seats three. Inside the main bedroom you'll find a comfortable bed, a wall-mounted TV for private viewing, and beautiful en-suite bathroom that boasts a roomy tub and shower to wash the sand off at the end of the day.

Our family really enjoyed our stay on Vanderbilt Beach. The condo was very comfortable with good amenities, and the beach was wonderful.

Beautiful area and grounds, with a terrific pool. The owner supplied top notch beach chairs and really liked the cabana and garage that came with this unit. The unit was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back there again!

Condo was well appointed for two. Great views of the beach. The floors were sandy but we were able to use the owners vacuum. Construction is still an issue…Daily hammering and drilling noises, had to use another condo building’s pool, had to vacate for 10 hours for construction. Wi Fi was only available in the living room. No one would respond to our report of this.
