In addition to our normal full cleaning extra disinfecting includes all highly touched areas such as handles, knobs and switches. This condo has everything you need! 3 portable AC units, one in the living area and one in each of the 2 bedrooms. Great layout with the bedrooms on separate ends of the condo like a 2 master. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen and a twin. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Complete full kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Keurig and regular coffee makers. New bedding, glasses, crock pot, etc. We provide a multi-function air fryer that can grill fish wonderfully! (gas BBQ's are not allowed). There is a flat screen in both bedrooms and the living room, with DVD and BlueRay players. Full beach gear, boogie boards, masks, fins, chairs, ice chest, towels. Baby gear includes, pac n play, "umbrella" type stroller, blocks, toys, and baby safety. NOTE: that if any item is deemed to be a safety risk it will be removed. Games, DVD's and books as well to keep you busy. No smoking allowed in the condo or on the property. No drones. TA048-345-7024-01

Wonderful stay! Booked this unit to house my son,his wife and two sons. It was a perfect unit with a great kitchen, roomy bathrooms, an expansive living area and a comfortable lanai. They would highly recommend this unit to their friends to reserve for future stays.

This condo is in the absolute best location. Enjoyed the views and everything we needed was provided. Only suggestion I would have is to have a few more small containers with kids for packing snacks and such to the beach. The beach that is just down the path was great and we loved it. Lovely views from this unit. Well appointed. No direct beach access as stated. Clean with a few electrical issues. Electrical outlets in kitchen were unsecure. Updates to the tv and cables needed as they were frayed. Was never able to speak with owner, but the manager was fast to respond about the excessive morning noise which was surprising. Tree clean up in the lot at 7am with constant beeping. Manager responded quickly with apologies but said that's part of the island. Then a helicopter landed to pick up a group of people from the golf course across from the unit. Was told by staff and groundskeepers that the private helicopters can land there to pick up golfers. Only happened once. However the manager stated it was probably an emergent pickup. The locals working there, very knowledgeable, stated that the noise is actually a daily issue but in brief bursts. 8am bush trimming outside the unit windoby staff waking up the house. Remodeling noise. ool key worked for the first 5 days & stopped. There was construction at the pool which was not told to us. They did respond quickly to say it does work. We tried again but the door my arthritis could not manage it anymore. I finally gave up trying to make the stay less noisy but that's was what i came here for. Quiet. Didn't really happen. If you like activity and a busy condo unit, this is for you. Grounds are stunning. Beware of the overwhelming amount of Nene feces and they will come in the unit if you open the screen.

Great info on where to park as the signage in the resort is not too clear. we were a bit concerned with a bottom unit but there was little walking traffic in front of us. we loved the place!

The view from this property was stunning clifftop property where we were able to watch the whales from the dining area. The property was well equipped with everything a family may need for their trip to Hawaii from snorkel gear, beach chairs & umbrellas, binoculars and more!. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to entertain the family for a multi-week vacation. Just minutes away from one of the most picturesque towns in all of the Hawaiian island "Hanalei". Grocery store only minutes away as well. The only downside is if you plan to visit the entire island it is not centrally located. It's the perfect location if you plan to stay solely on the Northshore of the island. Very happy with our stay

This unit is spacious and very well laid out . The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well-stocked . There is no grill on property so cooking is limited to oven and cooktop , not ideal for summer meals . No review of this place could omit mentioning the gorgeous view and lovely setting . It felt very private . I would hesitate to bring small children due to the proximity to the steep cliffs . A little later checkout would be helpful as getting all the towels and linens washed by 10 was rushed and a bit stressful .

This unit was exactly as described. It was clean, quiet, and very well appointed. The directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. We had a couple of minor issues, but Kristine, the property manager, was very communicative. We stayed over the holidays, which complicated things a bit in terms of maintenance, but Kristine was very apologetic and did her best to get the issues addressed and taken care of. We still had an awesome time! Overall, this is a wonderful property and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a very enjoyable stay and enjoyed lots of time on the patio. Views are spectacular along with the tradewinds that come through daily. Only note that I would say is that you are in a bottom unit and you hear everything if someone is up above in the unit above you. to be expected and never was a problem while sleeping.

Beautiful and clean, this Princeville condo is situated on the cliffs of northern Kauai. Hideaways beach was a short walk away and Hanalei was a ten minute car ride. The condo was well supplied with kitchen and bathroom essentials and also included some beach accessories as well. Although A/C is provided, we did not need to use it. Overall, this condo is excellent and highly recommended.
