Escape to The Roost, a 2 bed, 2 bath ocean-view retreat tucked away in scenic Princeville. Surrounded by lush tropical beauty, swaying palms, and vibrant blooms, it blends comfort and style with breezy furnishings, warm wood tones, and thoughtful touches. Stroll your private path to secluded Hideaways Beach or unwind on the lanai as golden sunsets, ocean breezes, and the soothing sound of waves surround you.
The Roost, our little retreat in Kauai! Named after the island’s famously bold wild chickens, it’s run by our small family business, Moakoa Living. In Hawaiian, “moa” means chicken and “koa” means brave or warrior. Just like the fearless birds you’ll see roaming around!
The condo includes:
* Sleeping arrangements for 10*
- 4 queen beds (2 bedrooms with queens, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 air mattress)
- 2 twin cots
* This is only a 2 bedroom so the extra sleeping arrangements would have to be set up in the living area. It would be tight to have ALL the beds set up - but you're welcome to try!
* Full kitchen with all cooking essentials* PLUS
- Coffee bar (Keurig pods, pour over coffee, grinder, electric kettle, variety of tea, sweeteners)
- Air fryer
- Rice cooker
- Toaster
- Blender
- Instant pot
- Electric grill on lanai
