About this house rental
Spectacular views from living room, two lanais, king and queen bedrooms. The whole house is light and bright, recently updated with new paint, flooring, light fixtures and all new furniture, high-end mattresses and linens. Cook`s kitchen is stocked with everything needed to create gourmet meals and dine in tropic foliage-surrounded dining nook. King bed bedroom has an en-suite full bath, reading nook, desk/workstation and private lanai. Queen bed bedroom is elegant and surrounded by ti-plants. Third bedroom/media room has a single sofabed and twin bed ottoman with a 60` streaming TV. Step-in shower bath room is down the hall, as well as full washer/dryer laundry center.
No parties or additional guests allowed. Noise complaint fines - As this home is in close proximity to residential neighbors, it is imperative that noise levels be kept to a minimum throughout your stay, and that you honor the noise curfews of 9 pm through 8 am. This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500 (in PV, the first noise complaint, if received from the PV patrol, is automatically $200). If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property. As this home has AC, if you overuse/abuse the AC – defined as using more than 100kWH per day (*average dailv electrical use, in this property, with AC, is 40 - 60kWH) – you`ll be charged $50 per day of overuse.

These villas are the most wonderful place to stay on the North Shore and this unit is one of the best! These villas are special because they are so thoughtfully designed, well built, and they have the best location with an unbeatable view. This unit had a nicely updated and well-furnished kitchen along with updated bathrooms. The kitchen was very nicely updated with stone counters, stainless appliances, great farmhouse sink, and the little things that make it perfect (like a 4 slice toaster, tea kettle, rice cooker, and extra stainless tumblers for water or coffee). The bathrooms have very nice showers and have been arranged for maximum space. The living areas and bedrooms are also very nicely appointed and furnished. The house has good AC in each room, but we did not need it as the North Shore has consistent weather and is never very hot; open the windows and let the breeze run though, but remember to close windows most of the way when it rains hard, while sleeping, or you leave the house. Washer and Dryer are excellent and everything you need was provided (laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc.). Easy walk down the steps by the 1 Hotel to the best beach in the world (in our opinion). Highly recommended.

I would give this place a 10 out of 10 if the main air conditioning was adequate. The upstairs gets quite hot in the late afternoon and as a person who gets migraines this was not ideal. The bedroom conditioners work wonderfully. Dan and Lauren the property manager and repairman were great. The house is not adequately wired for whole house air so stand alone air conditioning is used. The views are beautiful. The town was great.

We loved our stay here! It was so nice being right across the street from Sunset point and also easy walking distance to Hideaway Beach and the beach at the 1 Hotel. This particular villa was spectacular because it wasn’t visible from the street (blocked from view by beautiful foliage) and the other units were not easily seen from the balcony. It felt like you had a private view of the golf course and the mountains that overlooked Hanalei Bay.Also, the decor was perfect, beautiful and perfectly suited to the unit and the surroundings. Supplies were plentiful and felt generous, not stingy. It was great having beach, chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear available for use.

The property is exactly as described, and the view is incredible! I have absolutely no complaints. As others have noted, the A/C is loud and does not cool like central A/C units. With this said, the fresh air and crosswind is cool and refreshing. Both beaches near by are beautiful with quite a few stairs but worth it! The host was readily available, informative and helpful.
