Hanalei Bay Resort unit 7101-2 is a privately owned and cared for two bedroom suite featuring countless amenities to please every guest. The condo features 1,324 square feet of spacious living area, with quality furnishings, with the living room freshly painted and freshly renovated in 2021.

HBR 7101 & 02 is an upgraded 2 bedroom/2 bath unit in the highly desirable Banana Building at Hanalei Bay Resort with incredible views of Hanalei Bay, Bali Hai and the best privacy at the resort! Walk directly into the living area from the front lanai and be immediately greeted by stunning Bali Hai views in front of you along with your own private lawn area. Let the little ones run around or just put down a towel and enjoy some sunshine. Living area and both bedrooms are air conditioned and open up to an outdoor slate covered lanai. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the lanai or grass area while watching summer boating, year-round surfing, seasonal whales and rainbows!

Enjoy the amazing colorful sunsets over Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai and listen to the sound of the waves. This 1,324 sqft condominium has been completely updated including new bamboo kitchen cabinets (soft-close style) bathrooms that feature a lovely tiled walk-in shower in the primary bedroom suite (7102) as well as the studio side (7101). The unit offers two separate entrances allowing for flexibility in use and privacy for guests. Did I mention that there is air conditioning in the main living area and both bedrooms!

Hanalei Bay Resort offers the North Shores finest amenities and is just about a 7 min walk to the beautiful Puu Poa beach. Amenities include an onsite restaurant and bar, multiple pools with waterfalls, Jacuzzi, eight tennis courts, sunset fire pit viewing area, a fully equipped gym and swim up pool bar. This Resort also offers guests a paved path to the beach and door to door shuttle service! All you have to do is call the front desk. The unit is in the most private spot at all of Hanalei Bay Resort. I mean, go for a walk and enjoy the property. It isn't like you are walking 5 miles through Disneyland. We would love to have you stay with us for your vacation.

*We also have a one bedroom unit (867 sqft) in Bldg 15, if you are in need of another room for family or friends.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was extremely clean, had so many wonderful benefits such as a wagon, beach chairs, children's beach toys, condiments, and everything you need to cook. The views of the ocean are incredible. A perfect vacation destination. Hotel amenities such as pool and restaurant were amazing also. Highly recommend!

This property was beautiful and luxurious in every way. We spent most of our time here at the pool. The two adjoining rooms were great, however one side (7101) had a distinct "weed" smell in it that was bothersome. The other side was very comfortable and included pretty much everything you could need (although a pizza pan would have been great!). This unit is on the bottom floor, which does allow a sliver of sunset viewing, but don't expect to see a lot. To get down to the beach, a steep hike of almost a mile down is involved (and then a steep hike up afterwards). There is a shuttle you can take although we didn't use it. The parking is not close to the unit, so again, a shuttle was needed when we were checking in and out. We are fairly fit and active people so all of the walking didn't bother us, just want to note that for others--this definitely would have been an issue for my parents. Also to note, the Hanalei Bay Resort is fairly secluded from Hanalei the town. It's a good drive in--not walkable at all--to get groceries, eat meals (if you don't eat at their restaurant), get sunscreen or get a spot on the beach for the day.

The property was absolutely perfect for us. The host had many little things that really made it feel like home. We LOVED that the unit was on the edge of the complex which really made it feel private. Our back patios overlooked the ocean and sweeping Mountain Views. This is truly a posh stay. The grounds are beautiful and professionally maintained with attention to every detail. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough good things about the rental and Jeff! We had plenty of space for our family of four. The views were great and we loved watching the sunset from the lanai. We had a minor issue when we first arrived and Jeff took care of it right away (taking a break from his own vacation to make sure ours went smoothly). We loved the privacy that the units offered. When we were relaxing on the lanai we rarely saw other guests but you are still close enough to the main resort that it was just a quick walk away. I would highly recommend the rental!

What a peaceful stay we had here in Hanalei Bay. Everything was as pictured and very clean and comfortable. We were excited to find plenty of beach chairs, a beach bag, umbrellas and masks with snorkels in a closet. We made use of the golf carts to drive us to the beach with our gear. We enjoyed the live music and food at the restaurant on site, ordered pizza and ate lunch at the Hotel 1 pool bar that shares the beach. Twice we rented kayaks and enjoyed snorkeling where we found many colorful fish right off shore. The weather was beautiful and we would recommend this 1 bedroom condo with adjoining 1 bedroom studio. It was perfect for two couples traveling together. We hated to leave and return home to the snow and would love to return soon!

Wonderful location with the best view of Bali hai and Hanalei Bay. The layout of the condo was perfect for our two families with 3 kids. Tons of beach gear and a well-stocked kitchen made the visit feel effortless. I don't know what mattress is on that king bed, but I need one at home. Jeff was a wonderful host. We are grateful for him letting us rent his home away from home. The entire experience felt effortlessly and frankly, magical.

Super spacious condo, large living room & plenty of seating on lanai to watch sunsets. Fully stocked kitchen complete with spices & coffee. Lots of beach gear. A/c worked well. Main pool is large, has grotto & waterfall, lively! Condo sits on a hill side with beautiful views of Hanalei bay. Because of this you will be walking uphill/downhill around the resort which may be a challenge for some (all of resort is like this). There is golf cart service but we didn’t use it. Good communication with property management and hotel staff. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort. The grounds are just gorgeous and the pool is fabulous. The room that we stayed in was a long walk however & it was on the first floor (the upper floors had better views). But our unit was well stocked with pots and pans, some spices, beach chairs, a wagon and more, which was fantastic. The location of the resort itself is great and it was easy to get to different beaches. They could use a bigger parking lot. But overall it was wonderful and I would stay again!

Great ground-level apartments that combined very easily for our family of five. Units were well stocked for our stay (in-room laundry a huge plus). Resort was lovely with a nice restaurant and pools and a (hilly!) walk to the beach, etc. Resort was well located in Princeville for all the northern Kauai activities. Thank you!

First, Hanalei Bay Resort is a wonderful spot. Beautiful views, nicely maintained, super nice staff, and enough amenities (pools, restaurant, tennis, beach) that it's a perfect place for low-key relaxation. Only downside is the current construction next to the beach by the hotel next door. This unit is comfortable and functional. Everything you could need in the kitchen. There were beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie board, and tennis rackets. Beds were comfy. Quiet, end unit with nice lanai. Perfect base for a north shore visit. Great communication with host before and when we arrived.

The Hanalei Bay Resort was a wonderful place to spend several pleasant days on the north side of Kauai. The residential units were spread out, preserving the tranquil serenity of the area. The landscaping was lush, fitting in seamlessly with the surrounding rain forest. The pool was large and never crowded. The unit itself was spotless and well appointed with comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and spacious patios on which to enjoy quiet mornings and evenings while taking in the fabulous ocean views. With two bedrooms and a large living room, there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and unwind after days of enjoying the island. The condo also had a number of nice extras such as beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, and a foldable wagon which made our trips to the beaches much more convenient. Jeff, the owner, reached out to us promptly after we reserved the unit and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and also provided insights on things to do and see on the island. He was a great host! We would happily stay at Hanalei Bay Resort and in this same unit again!

Loved our stay here with friends for a wedding. Resort was great with the pool beach and bar! The laundry in unit was a huge plus as well with all our towels and wet clothes from the beach. Communication with Lisa was so easy and fast she is very responsive and accommodating! Only feedback I had was the unit might be due for a good deep clean as there were a couple cobwebs in corners/walls but all the main surfaces were clean and nice on arrival.

Our first trip to Kauai and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay on the North Shore at Hanalei Bay Resort. This unit is updated, very clean, stocked with everything we needed and comfortable. The resort is gorgeous. The pool is amazing with chairs always available. The resort beach has stunning views on Bali Hai, but we lived exploring a different little beach each day. We saw rainbows over the bay and sunsets from the condo’s patio. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

Our first trip to Princeville/Hanalei Bay was magical. This is truly a special location. The house was very spacious and well furnished with all that we needed. We loved eating dinners outside on the patio and watching the sunset view over Hanalei Bay. The pool was a top hit with our kids who wanted to spend every afternoon in it. The resort itself was great but not quite fully open yet from COVID. The restaurants and bar were still closed. Aside from that everything else was great.

The grounds on the resort are beautiful. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived and pools were quite cool, but all was working part way through which made my kids much happier. My family and I have come back to the property twice now and have enjoyed the condo immensely. The owner is so easy to communicate with and the space is clean and stocked with everything you would need. The staff is friendly on property and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. We will definitely be back!
