The location was great for many of the things we wanted to do. There were a number of good restaurants close by. The apartment was very nice and provided great space and with a good view of the ocean.

Reviewer Comments:
We loved everything EXCEPT the upstairs bedroom was stifling hot. Even with the ceiling fan and 2 room fans, we could not get the room comfortable. Property Mgmt suggested running fans during the day, but it didn’t help enough. We stayed at the end of April for a week, and the temperatures were pleasant in the 70s. The heat and lack of airflow upstairs was unfortunate because we loved the view, the location, the condo amenities, the beach equipment, beach access, etc. The unit faces the west so the downstairs gets very hot from 4-6, but we planned to be gone or used the 1 balcony shade to block some of the heat and opened the windows for ventilation. Downstairs was manageable but not the upstairs bedroom. An a/c unit would be a game changer for the upstairs bedroom. We would recommend this unit if an a/c unit was added to the upstairs bedroom or someone only used the downstairs bedroom.
