This beautiful, modern Kauai vacation home makes an excellent home base while exploring all the beauty and adventure Kauai has to offer. Located in Princeville, you will find yourself surrounded by beaches, mountains and North Shore hospitality. all within steps of your front door. Shopping, groceries and shave ice are less than one mile away at Princeville Shopping Center. Hideaway's Pizza is a 5-minute walk! The area has great hikes, kayaking and prime surfing! This property is a two story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom private condo with hardwood and tile flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a King size Tempurpedic bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower. When you come back to your beach cottage after a days adventure you can make dinner in your fully equipped kitchen and enjoy sunset from your lanai or downstairs porch swing. Parking for one car is included in the cost of the rental and you have your own designated spot. Pack light, an iron, hairdryer, and kitchen basics are all waiting for you in the condo. The Fine Print: Almost no homes in Hawaii have air conditioning. Please be aware, and if you have any questions about this, please ask before booking. We want our guests to be happy. CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.
