About this house rental

This house is a great property for a family or large group with its three separate master bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and well-stocked. There are games and books for the kids and adults. A Gas BBQ grill for family BBQ time!
Excellent location on a quiet street with the beautiful golf course out back.

There is a beautiful jog walk path along the golf course to the Princeville shopping center, Princeville park play ground, and even to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay in Princeville for beach access.
The house is equipped as a home away from home and rental ready. This home has all the basics needed to have a great beach vacation on the beautiful north shore of Kauai.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, rice cooker, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella.
Choose your morning coffee with a Keurig or 12 cup drip coffee maker.
A great place to stay!
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen doors on the lanais to help with airflow throughout the house.

Our stay here was just incredible. The home was spacious and had everything we needed from beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen, etc. Each bedroom had a beautiful sliding glass door to a patio. I was awakened several mornings by ne ne geese trying to peek in our bedroom door! Absolutely paradise. Great communication with the management regarding a few questions . Thank you for sharing your space with us.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this very nice home. Just outside is a former golf course that isn't being used......great view. Nice kitchen...and spacious bedrooms with roomy walk-in closets. Helpful that the owners had boogie boards and a small backpack ice chest for our use....and several ice packs in the freezer.

The view to the golf course behind the house is really lovely and the house is just a quick drive to Hanalei bay. It seemed to have everything we needed and the large kitchen helped when we were all making homemade personal pizzas! The property manager Lori was super communicative and helped me out in understanding what we needed to do to get to Hawaii during COVID times.

The living areas were set up well and the bedrooms were very nice. For getting together in the evenings with our entire family of 8 it was perfect! We played monopoly three evenings in a row and had dinner at your lovely dining room table twice. There was good cross ventilation, which was a blessing! The ceiling fans were enhanced by the standing fans. The black fan needs to be dusted. We appreciated the extra towels and beach towels. Beach chairs would have been a nice addition.The refrigerator's lower grate came off a couple of times showing a very dirty underneath. The main bathroom could use another towel bar. Those are our only complaints other than the fan needing cleaning.Thank you for having vases, gardeners were around the neighborhood and let us glean from their cuttings!The washer & dryer were much appreciated as was the dishwasher!Oh, the front porch and front patio need weeding or to be hit with a weed killer spray.

This home is really spacious! The rooms are big, the closets were enormous. ( 2 master suites on one side of the home. The other side of the home had the kitchen, a hallway with a bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom.) The garage had a nice supply of boogie boards and some sand toys for the kids to use. I think I already review this VRBO home, but it was a great place for a home base in Kauai. Enjoyed the roominess and the huge avocadoes from the neighbor's trees. Loved being in Hawaii, the beaches, sunsets and wildlife. Can't wait to come back. Beautiful memories for sure!

House is a great set up for multiple couples. We were 3 adult couples and everyone had their own space (BR/Bath) which affords great privacy. The Master Bath needs an update, all of the fixtures worked, but are pretty old and not in great shape. All in all we enjoyed the house very much. Great location close to beaches, golf, food store, restaurants (in Hanalei, and a couple in Princeville). Also, the next door neighbor was a really nice person. Made us a reservation at a great restaurant in Hanelei, where we went to celebrate our son's engagement. Really wonderful trip!

My husband and I stayed at the house by ourselves, the view out the back was great. We also liked the sense of privacy in front, even though neighbors were not far. Our kids were staying at another house but there was plenty of room to host them for dinner one night.

Thank you for an amazing vacation! This home was perfect for our group of 6, 3 couples. Walking distance to the beaches, resort restaurants, sunset watching, farmers market and golf. Plus the walking trails through Princeville. Thanks for the extra fans, as the home does not have air conditioning. It's warm in August! If you are traveling in the next few months, and plan to visit Hanalei Bay, plan accordingly. The road closure is a hassle, we had planned two days and decided on just one. Few restaurants are open due to staffing issues, call ahead. Instead we visited the north east beaches two days. Overall, this is a home we would book again!

This property is a great location.....Easy walk to beaches. Enjoyed the open back patio. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was nice. Kitchen seemed a bit sparse with items such as serving bowls, Tupperware type containers, glasses (no plastic cups). Other than that, we had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house!

We spent our mother-daughter vacation (my two daughters and I) at this beautiful Princeville home. It’s in a private, safe, quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains out front, and the golf course out back. It had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Inside, the house was super spacious, clean and bright - and especially comfortable for mornings of remote work and our son's distance learning. The yard is an expansive field of grass, plants and trees that line the perimeter of the golf course, which made the setting especially tranquil. While we no longer have babies/toddlers, I noticed how super baby-friendly the house was - it had a readily available highchair, travel crib, bouncy chair, and all the outlets even had child-proof covers (I've never seen this attention to detail in any rental!). They also had a shelf well stocked with games, puzzles and books for all ages. The neighborhood was lovely, and the neighbors kind. Overall, a very lovely stay that lived up to and even exceeded the posting.

I stayed here for 10 nights in Feb. Te house was as pictured, spaceous and clean. Lots of kitchen equipment and towels, and some beach toys . It was nice to hane some flaslights during the wind storm and resulting power outage.

Thanks to Lori for keeping this home in immaculate condition. The house was very spacious and nicely situated in a quiet area. Even though it was a bit far from most our planned activities. We have no complaints and gladly looked forward to coming back to the house after each and everyday of our 5 day stay. The 3 bedrooms and master bathrooms made our couple stay so much more pleasant just because we didn’t have to share bathrooms. This is my first time staying in a VRBO house and I definitely liked it more than hotels. Thanks Lori for a part in making our couples Hawaii vacation a very memorable trip for our lifetime.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It’s huge and the location is in a quiet neighborhood. They had kitchen utensils, towels, etc. well stocked and most other supplies were also very well stocked; however, the soap was on the low side - dishwasher only had few tablets so we ended up washing dishes by hand, laundry soap was also low and bath soap it seemed like the house-keeping staff forgot to replenish that in the bathrooms. Other than that quite pleased with our stay. I’d stay here again but bring backup soap just in case. Also, because the house is on ground level, there’s lots of tiny lizards/geckos and bugs that you have to watch for and make sure they don’t get inside the house. The information binder inside the home has all of that info and more about things to do around north shore. The manager was very nice.

This house exceeded our expectations. It’s very spacious, well-stocked, and clean. We weren’t sure about staying on a golf course, but that turned out to be a plus because there was plenty of space right out the back door for the kids to run around. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s at the end of a residential street, so there was very little traffic. Friendly neighbors. The house had everything we needed — plenty of cooking supplies, beach towels, extra fans, games and books, plus all the basic needs. Close to Hanalei, Anini beach, other beach access trails, and groceries. We had a great stay in Kauai and the house made our stay easy, comfortable, and convenient.

My wife and I stayed here for 16 days and had a wonderful time. The view of the stars and moon every evening was fantastic. The house has a nice light breeze which makes it very cozy at night. We can't wait to get back for our yearly visit to Kauai.
