Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is at a perfect location to the pool, and walkable to activities around. We were travelling with another family, and it worked perfectly for 8 people.

Great home. In a beautiful area. However… Owners made an unannounced and unwelcome visit on Father’s Day while I was away and wife was home alone. Actually came into house to access garage. Not happy at all as it made my wife very uncomfortable. They were in the garage for over 40 minutes. Not Aloha After that we had impression that we were being observed and wondered if the owners were just waiting to enter when we went out to explore. Stay away if you value your privacy.

House is spacious, fabulous yard, well appointed kitchen, just under a mile to Queen's Bath and Hideaways, which is great since it is hard to park at either place. Check In was EASY and the property manager was attentive. The worst thing about this house was having to leave.

In short, the owners of this property should fire Ocean Front Realty as a property management company. I tried and tried to get the access code to the house the week before I arrived. Ocean Front personell took days to get back with me. Then they gave me the wrong code and when I arrived late at night and couldn’t get in they were unresponsive and didn’t answer the emergency phone numbers. At midnight my children sat in the rain of Kauai for over an hour. I finally ended up calling a guy named uncle Mike who was helpful after many calls back and forth to get Donna to give me the code. Even after all of this she was reluctant to give me the bypass emergency code to the house. Unbelievable. When I asked them to give me the owner’s contact information and the contact information of the owner of Ocean Realty they refused. The best way to achieve change is if the property owners fire these people.

The house is large and clean and welcoming and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the house is well set up, the management company is also really great. This was definitely our best experience ever with a vacation rental. I would highly recommend this to quiet families.

The location was great. We could walk in the morning to the bay and it is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A few issues with the hot tub, but the realty company was quick to have someone come out and fix it. I just wish I could have stayed longer!! Great for a group of 6 people.

My family recently stayed in this home with another family over the holiday break...it was very comfortable with a huge kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, lovely lanai and hot tub, and spacious yard. The community pool is literally at the corner of the yard, and when we visited we had it to ourselves. Great home!

The pictures of the property do not do it justice! The view out the back is just stunning! We had our Rooster-that we named Chi-Chi- there everyday. He was beautiful. You could really use this house as a 4 bdrm. Great location also! We would take our morning walks to the St. Regis. Queens bath is not far at all either. We found that there were things around most corners! Pizza restaurant, grocery, hiking trails, and we found the perfect place to go and watch the sunset!! When we return, we will definitely check for openings!!

This home was awesome. Very clean, spacious and in a beautiful, upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Had a great view of the mountains from the table on the patio. Loved seeing the birds and chickens and roosters! Nice 15 min walk or 4 minute drive to St. Regis resort. Nice modern appliances and bathrooms. Princeville and Hanalei Bay are stunningly beautiful and this home is in the heart of it all. Has beach chairs and towels to use while seeing the beaches nearby. Highly recommend this place!!

This place is perfect!

This gorgeous and spacious house has beautiful brand new kitchen and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with new dish and cookware, and a fun hot tub in the backyard. Thr bedding, towels, etc were good quality and brand new. The neighborhood swimming pool and tennis court is in the back yard and it's a short pleasant walk to the beach at St. Regis Resort. There is a great running trail along the adjacent golf course too! We stayed with our four children and there were beach towels, mats, umbrella and beach toys that were so helpful for our day trips to different beaches on the island (thank you!). We will definitely return if we have the opportunity!

We were happy with how clean and well laid out the house is. Perfect for family or couple. There is nice neighborhood and pool and tennis court right next door. Very close to the beach and Grocery shopping. Serene and tranquil setting Anyone would love this paradise in heaven!!! Oceanfront realty were the most professional and responsive of any property manager we have ever used.

The house is conveniently located with quick access to the pool and tennis/pickleball court (which are hardly used). The house is open and spacious with plenty of room for a large family. The house was very clean, beds are comfy, and the kitchen is well equipped. My only recommendation would be to supply more comfortable beach chairs. The current chairs are more suited for camping rather than lounging on the beach. Our favorite part were the fruit trees in the back! The fresh limes and grapefruit were OUTSTANDING! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends/family and would LOVE to return! Mahalo for a wonderful stay!
