About this apartment rental
The room is nice and quiet and located in the upscale Kleineichen neighborhood of Rösrath.
To access the room in this large house, go through the gate next to the mailbox, where you’ll also find the key box. To get to the room, walk past the house on the right. There, you’ll find the stairs leading down.
You’ll have a separate entrance and can reach your room with a private bathroom through the hallway in the basement.
You’ll be 200 meters from the forest, and a large playground with a soccer field is just one street over. Additionally, upon request, you can book a travel crib for a baby or toddler weighing up to 15 kg for a fee of €15 per crib per stay.
Here’s how to get from your room to:
-Airport: Walk 4 minutes to the bus stop. Take the 423 bus for 5 stops, and you’ll arrive right at the terminal.
-Cologne Cathedral: Either take a Deutsche Bahn train—walk 25 minutes to the Stümpen station and ride 4 stops (17 minutes) toward Cologne. Cologne Cathedral is right next to the main train station.
Or take the tram: Walk from the room to the bus stop (4 minutes) and ride 1 stop to the Königsforst stop. There, you can take KVB (Kölner Verkehrs Betriebe) tram line 9. Line 9 runs 13 stops to Heumarkt (19 minutes); from there, you can walk to Cologne Cathedral through the Old Town.

Ideal for our family of 3. Nice, quiet area only 1 mile from train station which is a 15mins journey into Cologne. Excellent communication from property owner who replied very quickly to messages.

The sweet couple of Mullers welcomed me as if I'm a family member. I felt right at home 1000s of miles away. Great classy neighbor with several transportation options. Clean n comfortable yet spacious room. I highly recommend and will definitely stay with the Mullers next time I'm in town. Thanks so much to the Host, much appreciate it.
