Located approximately 0.6 miles from the beach, at the corner of Jefferson Bridge Road and Kent Avenue, this townhome features a flat-grass yard, great for kicking a ball around with little ones. Screened porch with ceiling fan, plus picnic table and chairs, too! This quiet retreat is less than a mile stroll or bike to the heart of Bethany Beach with its Boardwalk, bandstand, restaurants, mini golf and many other attractions and short walk to to South Coastal Library. This house was perfect size and location for us. We liked being able to walk to the beach. It was a ver quiet location as well.
