About this house rental
We invite you and your family to create many happy memories at our home in Bethany West.
Our lovingly updated, 2 story A-frame home has 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.
On the main floor is a bright, welcoming, and comfortable living room which opens to a huge wrap around deck perfect for lounging. There is a dining room with seating for 8, a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, and beachy white cabinets fully appointed with all you will need during your stay. There are 3 large sliding glass doors which provide a flood of gorgeous natural light. Additionally, the large master bedroom is on the main floor, along with a spacious full bathroom. The mudroom with ample storage and full size washer/dryer is directly off the kitchen.
An outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach is located behind the house, along with a big backyard.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 queen rooms, and a bunk room which includes a double lower bunk, a twin upper bunk, and a twin trundle bed beneath. We also have a standard size crib mattress (no crib), and a pair of bed guard rails, if needed. There is another spacious full bathroom in the upstairs hallway.
There are TVs with cable in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the upstairs queen bedrooms. High speed wireless internet access will be made available to our guests.
We have parking for 4 cars in our driveway.
Distance to the beach is a short 1 mile walk/ride. You will have access to 2 resident parking passes to use in town. The Bethany Trolley runs from 9:30 AM until 10 PM and stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes ($0.25 per ride).
Bethany West pools (2), tennis, and gym facilities are available for an additional fee of $20 per week/per person or $6 per day/per person. We prefer the back pool, located on Poplar Ct.
Linens and towels are not included in our rental, but we can supply you with contact info for a popular local rental business.

Very glad we chose this property for our stay at Bethany Beach. The house was just as described, and the neighborhood was incredibly quiet, which was an unexpected bonus. Everything we needed was right in proximity of the house and having parking passes made going into the downtown area and the beach much easier. It took us 3 vacations at different rentals until we found the one we'd love to return to again! It was perfect for a multi generational vacay at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, we were able to cook every breakfast and dinner during our stay with no issues or want of material (we did not brave the grill outside). The bedrooms were perfect for our 6 adults (30-70 yrs) and 2 toddlers (2-5 yrs) with more than enough sleeping room! A place that will be able to accommodate growing families and our bodies as we age. We really appreciated the two parking passes for Bethany Beach! We were able to drop the family off and unload then go find a close parking spot. We also enjoyed 'The Dollar Game' this host has been playing since 2019, very memorable and all look forward to it next year!Next year we will bring our indoor wash-drying racks as it is a community rule not to hang belongings outside unless on drying rack.Overall....the best place to vacation!

Downstairs updated and clean. Kitchen well stocked. Great neighborhood; great community facilities. Only one decent mattress in house. Other are hard thin slabs. Upstairs carpeting filthy and worn. Needs some more TLC
