Get started now on your balmy, breezy, breakaway to beautiful Bethany Beach! Let our charming vista, magnificent shade trees, and bounteous crape myrtles, relax and enchant you while dining or kicking back on our new, spacious, elegantly furnished front veranda. House sleeps seven persons. A roomy rear screened porch, also buffered by ample greenery, offers you a bonus, comfortable, private venue in which to dine, socialize, or just hang out. No car? No worries. This gorgeous house is ideally located for trips to and from the beach and town center on the enjoyably nostalgic Bethany Beach Trolley (25 cents per ride), which passes by every 20 minutes, has a GPS tracking app that lets you know precisely where it is and when it is coming, and picks you up in front of the house. Want to explore even closer nearby? Seven restaurant/eateries, including Grotto’s, DiFebo’s, and the Bethany Diner, are just a five minute stroll from our house. Four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, two swimming pools, and a weight/cardio/fitness machine room, all within a short walking distance, are also available for an additional per person fee paid directly to the Bethany West Recreation Association (BWRA). Enjoy kayaking or canoeing? Kayak/Canoe launching (BYOK/C) on Bethany’s canal (that links the southern Indian River Bay to the northern Assawoman Bay) is available just two blocks away near the BWRA Clubhouse, with a reserved kayak rack space and lock, just waiting to park your kayak or canoe during your stay. Enjoy staying in shape? Our home is only an 18 minute walk, or a 5 minute bike ride, to the ocean and town center. If you choose to drive, free use of one Town of Bethany Beach parking pass (otherwise, public parking could average $15 a day at meters) is included!!

Very clean and exceedingly well equipped. Many areas of the house have been tastefully updated. Very comfortable for three couples. The residential parking pass was a huge plus. The host was very responsive to any questions and provided detailed instructions for everything. We liked having the towels and sheets provided. Also, the trolley was convenient. Would return.

You will not be disappointed with this vacation rental! My husband and I vacationed with our two sons (aged 24 and 18) last week, and it was the best vacation ever! Edward is the best host, with detailed instructions and communication. The house is gorgeous and stocked for your holiday. The property is clean, well-kept, and very comfortable! It feels like home! The parking pass and being on the trolley line make getting to the beach a breeze. The only thing you need to bring is beach items. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Steen's Beach Service for the week. Thank you, Edward, for a relaxing week and the best vacation ever!
