About this house rental
Beautiful light-filled home sleeps 10 and is walkable to everything! Spacious 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms perfect for family moments. Three minute drive to downtown and a five minute walk to great restaurants, pizza and ice cream. Large, open main floor space of living/kitchen/dining perfect for gathering, with tucked away bedrooms for quiet time. First floor primary king offers a walk-in closet, en-suite bath with dual sinks, shower and large bathtub. Upstairs is a second en-suite bedroom with king bed. Two additional bedrooms sharing spacious jack-and-jill bathroom (queen & twin/full bunkbeds). At the top of the stairs is a bright loft area equipped with a 50" streaming/cable TV. Four more oversized streaming TVs with high speed internet and expanded cable can be found throughout. Open deck and cozy screened in deck are the perfect way to start or end your day. Kitchen equipped with microwave, blender, toaster, standard coffee maker and Keurig. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Smart key entry. Jolly Trolley stop just one block away!

The rental experience was excellent, with a very clean and well-maintained space. It was a good layout for our group. Kitchen had all the appliances & utensils we needed, and there were good dining options nearby, plus reliable WiFi. Was great for our ladies get-together!
