We stayed at this house with our teenaged sons and their friends. There was plenty of room, and the house was more spacious than I realized from he listing. Very nice to have 2 living areas so the kids could have their own space to play video games and watch movies while we read in the lovely sunroom. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor each have a queen, and the bedrooms upstairs had 3 twins in one room and a double and a queen in the other. The upstairs bedrooms were warmer than the rest of the house. All the window coverings are light filtering, so it was bright in the morning!
The kitchen was very well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Kids liked the outdoor shower, which was good for rinsing off sand. Nice back porch. Quiet street. Not really walking distance to the beach, especially if you are carrying things, but we saw the trolley, which stopped close by. We really appreciated the parking passes, and as it was early in the season, we had no difficulty finding parking.
This is not actually a VRBO property, however. It is entirely managed by Long and Foster. The people at Long and Foster were very friendly and helpful. We picked up our key from a lock box as the office was closed. There was some confusion about the dates after we got our confirmation - the owners did not have the correct dates we were renting even after we had all the check in information from Long and Foster. It was easily resolved, but a little awkward. Also because it was not really a vrbo rental, we had to make 2 separate payments, one was the fee to vrbo and the rest of the payment to Long and Foster. And then on my vrbo account it said the reservation was cancelled and I could not forward details to other people in my party. None of this was a big deal, but just be aware you will be dealing with 2 separate companies.
Overall, we had a great stay at the beach house, and I recommend the property!

Really nice weekend at the beach...property was in better shape that expected, so for this price point it was 100% worth the cost! Clean and well appointed, close to everything.

We had a great family vacation at this house. We cooked breakfast in the mornings then walked to the beach, some people drove. We loved the deck for BBQ's & the outdoor shower. We even utilized the trees in the back to hang a hammock.

Dealing with the checking process was ridiculous. They set up was horrible with no space. They had long a long line and only one person checking in people. (Could go on and on)
We had to wait until 5:30 for a Covid cleaning but the house was dirty. The master bath toilet was clogged with wipes. We had to clean the entire house before we could bring our stuff in. We were going to wipe in down anyway but having to vacuum and sweep Would of mopped but there was no mop. Gas grill was disgusting. We had to go and get gas and a grill brush.
House needs some work

Nails popping up on the steps of the Deck
The handle was falling off the back door. I had to put it back together.
Internet was down more than it was working.(not good for teenagers)
Knob missing off a lamp.
Loved Bethany beach.
