Located 1 mile from beach and 1/4 mile from shops & restaurants. One block from beach trolley stop. A beach parking pass is included. Community pools, tennis, playgrounds & gym available for a fee. Bed Linens are included as a part of the cleaning service. Towels are not included so you’ll need to bring them with you for your stay.
The recreation fee for using the community amenities (pools and gym) is $30/person/week or $10/person/day or $160/person/season. This is charged by the community and can be changed without notice.

This house is non-smoking and no pets allowed. If any smoking or owner unapproved animals are discovered in the home during your rental period your security deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning fees may be imposed. However when owner occupies they have a non-shedding service animal (Auzzie Doodle) sometimes with them.

The house was just the right size. And the location was perfect. We could walk to the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet . I would definitely book again

Loved this house and the neighborhood. We stayed for 7 days and we all had a great time. It was clean, airy, so much room and the way the house was set up, we all had plenty of room.

7 adults and,2 kids, plenty of room. Very little traffic in front of the house. Nice and quiet. Water pressure was good and,hot water was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay.

We liked the location but we like more of a yard with more sun. We have young grand children and we like to fill a small pool for them to play in but there was not really any place to put it. We also like to sit in the sun if we don't go to the beach.
You might consider removing a few trees so it is not quite as damp. Overall we had a great time.
