Located 1 mile from beach and 1/4 mile from shops & restaurants. One block from beach trolley stop. A beach parking pass is included. Community pools, tennis, playgrounds & gym available for a fee. A boardwalk ties the driveway with both front entrances and also to the outside shower. Bare feet from beach to house :-). Brand new air-conditioning and heating system. New flooring, dishwasher, microwave, paint and remodeled kitchen, new large capacity hot water heater and bedroom carpet.
Bed Linens are included as a part of the cleaning service. Beach towels are not included so you’ll need to bring them with you for your stay. There are 2 towels in each bathroom.
The recreation fee for using the community amenities (pools and gym) is $30/person/week or $10/person/day or $160/person/season. This is charged by the community and can be changed without notice.
This property is located in Town of Bethany Beach and charges a 7% rental tax.
This house is non-smoking and no pets allowed. If any smoking or owner unapproved animals are discovered in the home during your rental period your security deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning fees may be imposed. However when owner occupies they have a non-shedding service animal (Auzzie Doodle) sometimes with them.

We loved staying close to the boardwalk & trolley stop. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the deck & sunroom!

We stayed here with high school seniors during beach week. There was plenty of room for the kids. The beach was a bit of a walk but would have been quick by car. They had a great time.

We loved our rental in Bethany. The house was set up great for our big family. It had everything we needed. We were close to the beach and the pool, as we all enjoy both very much. We definitely recommend this 4br house for a great vacation

The house was in a nice location and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. It was also nice having a parking pass. The cleaners could have done a better job of cleaning. Vacuum cleaner cannister was never emptied, so we emptied it and ran it through out the house filling it twice before we were done. Bathrooms had no exhaust fans and it really steamed up when taking a shower. Cabinets were not organized and things would fall out when you opened them. No instructions for when trash was to be picked up. Beds were not comfortable. The spindles on dining area chairs kept falling out when chairs were moved. The temperature at night would rise and it got warm in the bedrooms. We tried to adjust it but were not able to. We would not rent this property again.
