This 104.7m² duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building without a lift, offering a spacious and welcoming space. Distributed over two floors, the apartment has four comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds: one on the main floor and three on the upper floor. The common area includes a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area and three bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. One of the bathrooms is strategically located on the upper floor to serve the bedrooms on this floor.
The kitchen is equipped so that you can prepare your meals as at home, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all essential utensils.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer and personal care items.

Check-in and check-out information:
- Check-in from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (no additional cost);
- Check-out until 11:00 am.
Your check-in will be accompanied by an assistant and your arrival time will be scheduled in advance.
NOTICE: Check-in between 10:01 pm and 9:00 am incurs an additional cost of €50, pre-scheduled and paid.
Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays, excluding holidays, located at Cais do Sodré.
On the departure date, make sure to:
- take everything with you;
- the rubbish has been placed in the respective containers outside the building;
- the apartment keys are on the table;
- the apartment and the building are locked.
Please be careful not to make noise between 10 pm and 8 am.

Our family of six adults stayed in this apartment for 8 days. Positives: great location, beautiful property, gorgeous views, good size, very quiet.Negatives: management provides minimal toilet paper, no coffee (though there was a new coffeemaker and coffee pods not meant for this coffeemaker), too many things did not work: bedside lamp, television, stereo unit, upper hallway light would not turn off, only three bedrooms have an ac/heat unit—the fourth bedroom has a space heater, which did not work and was plugged into an outlet that came out of the walls—a hazard. Luckily, we found a second space heater in a downstairs closet. The main bedroom downstairs has no storage, just a closet in the hallway. Regarding the toilet paper and coffee, management said this “self-catering’ unit does not offer these on demand.Be aware: This is a two-floor apartment and the stairs to the second floor are winding, steep, and very narrow—tough for little ones and elders.

Our family of 8 adults visited in May for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy our time. The location was great with many cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The online info was accurate.
Be prepared to walk steep streets if you plan to visit other areas by foot. While the description identifies stairs up to the unit it doesn't mention 2 long steep staircases. These were challenging with luggage. This along with the extremely narrow stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms would not make this unit suitable for everyone. Communication with the host during our stay was non existant. I used the contact information provided. I tried phone, text, email and whats app. I only received a response after we left apologizing for the delay. Check in went very poorly. We were left waiting for over an hour in the square across the street for the host to arrive. Again communication on our check in day was extremely poor with no response to my numerous reach outs due to flight delay.
