Large apartment was a good fit for our family. Pros: location, ample space, good beds, ac minisplit in each room. Working refrigerator.Cons:3rd floor, one remote for all minisplits. Some furniture needs to be thrown away.

Quiet neighborhood, good AC, nice kitchen. We loved "Brunch by DRI" nearby for mornings and Bom Bom Bom wine bar for late night drinks. Bit of a hike to other places, but Uber worked great. One closet drawer fell apart on Day 1; we notified management immediately, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left.

We enjoyed the property very much. I checked with the group about the table leg that was broke and my sister said she noticed it was cracked when we were eating the first night. She said it was already broken. We only ate at the table one night and did not use it otherwise. Most of the furniture in the place was a little old and outdated but we did not break the table leg.
