Very clean with daily cleaning service changed towels. Good location for visiting the city. Loved our little outdoor space.

In the second bedroom, the bunk beds were not very comfortable for adults. Probably ok for kids. The main door digital door lock was a problem a couple of times but we were able to gain access via the help button

The location is very convenient, right in a lively tourist area with many cafes, restaurants, and sights within short walking distance. The highlight of the apartment for me was the beautiful, authentic old window — the view was amazing and added so much atmosphere (it was the main reason I booked this place!). The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had everything needed for a short stay, including a nice touch with cookies and jam. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it great for two people to cook.

There were very few power outlets in the main area, which can be a bit tricky, though understandable since it’s an old historic building. However, it wasn't a big problem at all because I just used the outlets available in the kitchen and other spots. Regarding the location, many previous reviews mentioned that the area might feel a bit unsafe at night. Because of those warnings, I decided to take a taxi instead of risking the nearest metro station after dark, so I didn't face any issues myself and can't judge the safety personally, but it’s something to keep in mind.

The location was great yes 150 steps down to main Square and the start of Tram 28. But escalators back up. Turn left out of accommodation and some great restaurants away from the tourists. Well equipped apartment. Great self check in don’t worry if after midnight as easy to do.

The bed was a bit hard. Studio apartment in the 4 th floor ok with backpack but probably a nightmare with a suitcase.

Great location and good little space for a family in a short break

The bathroom although clean smelled really bad and my son got bed bugs from the sofa bed - yuck. Our online booking also apparently got hacked whilst we were there AFTER we’d had to scan all our passports into a machine so was NOT at all happy about that.
