    The hotel team are very all welcoming, and helpful. The bedrooms have an unusual bathroom setup. Nice to use the pool area and great to unwind after traveling. Also, near the subway system so easy to travel into the old town and airport. We would stay again.

    Our second visit to this Hotel. Brilliant location, especially if you were on business within Lisbon area. The staff were totally accommodating. We had to check out unfortunately, but we're able to still utilise the facilities on site while waiting for our flight back home. We will definitely be using this Hotel on our future travels to Lisbon in the near future.

    They have invested in technology and they tried to make everything can be managed by single click, BUT the missed the basics. The AC is not working, it is very very bad. I asked to fix the Air Condition and they tried but the couldn’t solve the problem. I changed my room and the issue is still continuing.
