    Location, staff, service, cleanliness are all great. Airconditioning is not too cold but the staff suggested an idea in the evening to make it cooler. Close to the metro and bus stops. It would be great if Netflix is also available in their television, otherwise, all are great.

    The HF Fenix Garden is in a nice location adjacent to Park Eduardo VII, which was lovely to walk through. The room sported beds that are super firm, otherwise unremarkable. The breakfast was fine...the breakfast staff was super friendly. It's a 30 minute walk to get to the older city areas along Liberty Avenue, which has mostly luxury retail on it.

    Near subway, easy to go around. Nice and helpful staff. There were many restaurants around us.
