    My rating for Agoda is **1/10**, while my rating for Neya Lisboa Hotel is **9/10**, and **10/10 for the staff**. I am almost certain that when I originally made the reservation through Agoda, I selected a room **with breakfast included**. The reservation was not charged immediately; the payment was processed later, shortly before our arrival. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very surprised to find out that breakfast was no longer included in our reservation. I cannot say exactly how or when this changed, but I strongly believe that the original booking included breakfast. What made the situation even more frustrating was Agoda's customer support. **We contacted them several times via chat, but our messages and concerns were basically ignored and we received no proper help or resolution.** This was a very unpleasant experience and made the whole booking process with Agoda extremely disappointing. However, I want to make it very clear that **this has nothing to do with Neya Lisboa Hotel**. The hotel itself was very good, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — extremely kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They deserve **10/10** for the way they treated us. Overall: **Agoda 1/10, Neya Lisboa Hotel 9/10, hotel staff 10/10.**

    Hotel staff was very polite and welcoming. Hotels and rooms were really clean. Definitely worth the cost.

    I recently stayed at Neya Lisboa Eco Hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. The bathroom had a bad smell, and the shower area was leaking — the door frame was already damaged because of the water. The bed sheets and pillowcases had visible stains, which made the overall hygiene feel poor. For a hotel rated as four stars, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations.
