    4/5 stars VIP Executive Picoas Hotel was one of the more comfortable stays of my trip to Lisbon. It is a well-maintained 4-star hotel with a good location, close to the metro and only about 5 to 10 minutes from the main areas of downtown with quick public transportation. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the front desk staff were available and helpful throughout the stay. Bag storage is also available, which was convenient. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was excellent, with good amenities and a bathtub with a shower. The room also had a mini fridge, safe and an espresso machine with complimentary coffee. Complimentary water was provided on arrival, which was appreciated. The hotel also has an onsite bar and there is a grocery store nearby, which is convenient for picking up snacks or drinks before heading back to the hotel. The main downside is that rooms are not available until 3 PM, so keep that in mind if you arrive earlier. That said, the luggage storage helps if you need to wait for your room. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. If you want a comfortable 4-star hotel close to downtown Lisbon without paying the higher prices of staying directly in the busiest tourist areas, I would recommend VIP Executive Picoas Hotel. Overall rating: 4/5.

    We had a lovely stay at PICOAS VIP. It had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the fridge worked perfectly. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

    Two metros (Picoas, Parque) and a bus station nearby. Facilities very new and the interior design was very clean, welcoming and practical. The room size was on the larger side for European standards, two large suitcases can be opened at the same time with space left. Plenty of room amenities provided, including enough hangers, complementary water, strong air conditionering and towels. Front desk was immensely helpful and polite and provided ample advice when we had enquiries. Next to a large supermarket with great prices. Cozy cafes and neighborhood restaurants just a few steps away. If you want a comfortable stay in the more serene neighborhoods in Lisbon, VIP Executive Picoas Hotel is a great choice for you.

    Overall not a bad stay. Rooms could’ve bigger. Free water in the lobby for those humid days. Charging for bag check after check out was a first. For the cost of my overall stay I really can’t complain.
