"Very clean and cozy, the owners are extremely responsive to questions or concerns. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for the amount of rooms. Great location without being too touristy."

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Well located, a few streets away from the super touristy and busy areas but still within short walking distance to metro station and lots of restaurants nearby. The communal areas get cleaned every day which is great. FYI The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs.
The carpet in the main passage area is dirty and should be replaced. Other guests do not respect washing their own dishes which is unfortunate (not the hosts' fault).

The place was squeaky clean. The girl working there made sure it stayed that way. I loved the kitchen and the amenities/appliances it had. I liked the location.
Room 8 is smaller than what it seemed in the pics. Therefore I felt the price should have been a bit less. But it's okay. I'm happy overall.

Do resto, a localização e ambiente da casa me parece legal.
Limpeza do lençol da cama.
