Nos alojamos una noche en Feeling 56 y tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Al llegar por la mañana nos permitieron dejar las mochilas desde muy temprano y también realizar el check-in antes de lo habitual. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Adriana, que fue muy amable con nosotros, nos explicó todo con detalle y estuvo muy atenta en todo momento. La habitación era pequeña, pero muy cómoda. Al ser un apartotel con pocas habitaciones, el ambiente es tranquilo y agradable. Además, la ubicación es excelente, justo frente a una estación de metro, lo que facilita mucho desplazarse por Lisboa. El desayuno era sencillo, pero completo y de muy buena calidad. Después del check-out también nos hicieron el favor de guardar nuestras mochilas hasta por la tarde, lo que nos permitió seguir visitando la ciudad tranquilamente.

Como único punto a mejorar, destacaríamos el aire acondicionado, ya que durante nuestra estancia hacía calor y el ventilaba pero no enfriaba lo suficiente. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Sin duda, recomendamos este alojamiento.

Ubicación, limpieza, personal

Very good location, right by the blue metro line and not far from the red line. Also the very nice park is close. Professional staff, and I especially appreciated Adriana’s helpful and friendly approach. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with freshly prepared omelettes or scrambled eggs, fruit , as well as good capsule coffee.

The air conditioning was not working. Based on the reviews, it seems that this is not an isolated issue. Most rooms have limited access to daylight and natural ventilation, so the fact that the air conditioning was not working really frustrated me. The accommodation is not cheap, and surely it should be possible to find a technician even over the weekend, even though we are in Portugal, where even tourist attractions can close as early as 4:30 p.m. If an accommodation claims to have something like a four-star rating, continuous maintenance of the air-conditioning system is simply a must! This is the main reason why I would not return. If it weren’t for the genuinely good breakfast and the excellent attitude of the staff, I would rate the accomodation even lower. At the same time, I disagree with the comments elsewhere claiming that the accommodation is dirty or mouldy. Quite simply, when you cannot properly ventilate the room or turn on the air conditioning to an appropriate setting, the overall impression of the room will not be good, even if the room itself is otherwise nice.
