*Emplacement en face d'une station de métro(Station "Parque" sur la ligne bleue): Très facile de rejoindre le centre historique en quelques minutes seulement. *Charmantes petites attentions pensées pour les Hôtes *Accueil très chaleureux de Renato: remise du plan de la ville et partages de bonnes infos; *Bon accueil au pt déj par Nuno. *Petit déjeuner très correct. Oeufs brouillés préparés à la minute. *Café, thé fruits et gâteaux à disposition gratuitement , petits cadeaux de bienvenue sur le lit( fruits; petit verre de porto). *Petit hôtel à taille humaine, calme. Pas trop de chambres. *Contacts aisés avant et pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons! Bonne continuation à Renato et Nuno!

L'air conditionné parfois capricieux de la chambre à coucher. (Malgré l'aide de Nuno) durant un chaud we ( 34 degrés). Mais petit détail par rapport au reste très bien.

Posizione davvero ottima, soprattutto per chi vuole visitare Lisbona comodamente. La metro è vicinissima e permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro e le principali attrazioni della città. Una soluzione pratica e ben collegata per scoprire Lisbona senza dover utilizzare l’auto.

Very good location, right by the blue metro line and not far from the red line. Also the very nice park is close. Professional staff, and I especially appreciated Adriana’s helpful and friendly approach. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with freshly prepared omelettes or scrambled eggs, fruit , as well as good capsule coffee.

The air conditioning was not working. Based on the reviews, it seems that this is not an isolated issue. Most rooms have limited access to daylight and natural ventilation, so the fact that the air conditioning was not working really frustrated me. The accommodation is not cheap, and surely it should be possible to find a technician even over the weekend, even though we are in Portugal, where even tourist attractions can close as early as 4:30 p.m. If an accommodation claims to have something like a four-star rating, continuous maintenance of the air-conditioning system is simply a must! This is the main reason why I would not return. If it weren’t for the genuinely good breakfast and the excellent attitude of the staff, I would rate the accomodation even lower. At the same time, I disagree with the comments elsewhere claiming that the accommodation is dirty or mouldy. Quite simply, when you cannot properly ventilate the room or turn on the air conditioning to an appropriate setting, the overall impression of the room will not be good, even if the room itself is otherwise nice.
