Good location and bedroom/shared areas were fine (but not luxury!).
Once the refundable period had passed the manager messaged to tell me that living areas were shared with other guests which was not clear from the info. I had my own bathroom but this was 2 doorsdown from the bedroom. The shower is rusted not very nice.
