Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Can not fault the staff at all. Room we had was a family room, double bed with a single bed. Prefect for my family and it was clean and functional. Location is easy to walk to everywhere and close to metro or bus stop. Very easy to get around or walk to anywhere in city. Defo recommend if staying in Lisbon.
