    The hotel met my expectations and offered very good value for the price. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is also convenient, about a 15-minute walk from bars and some specialty coffee shops. The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. It more or less keeps the room fresh, but it can be a bit loud and could definitely be better.

    My luggage was delayed in transit and I was so thankful to the staff for being so helpful during the process. They assisted to help me call and communicate with the airline, and was always so patient with me when I would call/ check in with them face to face on whether my luggage had arrived. The hotel was very conveniently located near the subway, a couple of bus stops and a MacDonalds. However, the rooms (whilst big annd clean) and facilities eg the lift felt fairly outdated. Overall, a good stay
