Unable to get Uber to front door. Short walk down the road to get Uber. Entrance at midnight on arrival was intimidating but was safe. Make sure to take a taxi if you want to be dropped off near front door or prepare to walk uphill 50-100m from where Ubers can drop off.

The location is decent if you wanna visit the ocean close by.
The price for this property even after the so called discount is a bit hight. The heating is limited. The hot water is just warm. No lift. And only one apartment has a view to the ocean. The pool is not usable.
