Spacious apartment near the waterfront of Alfama. Great location for exploring Alfama or an easy walk to Chiado along the waterfront. Apartment had everything in it we needed and kitchen was fully appointed. Non-contact check-in and keyless entry was convenient

Be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no building elevator. Not a problem for my family but could be for some people. Also we could not find lights in the stairwell so we used our phone lights. I never contacted management to ask though

Ausstattung und Lage sind top. Es war alles sauber. Toll ist auch die neue schlüssellose Zutrittssystem, so dass auch eine späte Anreise ohne besondere Aufwände für beide Seiten möglich ist. Auch die Ausstattung mit Klimageräten in den Räumen ist von Vorteil. Alle Bäder haben eine Dusche und ein WC. Das große Bad sogar eine Badewanne.

Das (neue) schlüssellose Schließsystem hatte am Pfingstmontag eine Störung. Leider hat man keine Person beim Gastgeber erreicht. Mit Glück sind wir dann doch noch in die Unterkunft gekommen und mussten uns kein Hotel für eine Nacht anmieten. Die Erreichbarkeit muss für solche Notfälle besser gewährleistet werden. Denn es hätte auch anders ausgehen können. Zudem war die Waschmaschine kaputt, was wir erst feststellen, als die Wäsche schon drin war und die Tür verriegelt. Mit einem Trick konnten wir die Wäsche befreien. Auch das darf nicht passieren, weil der Grund (kaputter Schlauch) offensichtlich war und zum Teil schon mal geflickt. Die Maschine hatte damit ein Problem und entriegelte die Tür nicht. Einfach einen Neuen kaufen und dann dürfte die Sache behoben sein.

Only a comment not a criticism! Electronic door system could be challenging for some ! WiFi - poor at times
