A Escada - Alfama Design Apartments

Ligging was echt super. Midden in de levendige wijk Alfama en toch rustig. Een metro voor de deur maar wandelend is het ook prima te doen. Indeling van het appartement was ook heel prettig.

Handdoeken waren schaars. De laatste dag nog wel schone handdoeken ontvangen wat heel welkom was.

Difficult to get to with car, a/c was glitching even after several attempts to fix it from owner, some mold at bottom of shower , light switches are very loud when using

Loved the size of the apartment and the location in the historic area of Alfama. Lovely large bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and well equipped kitchen.

Just a couple of slight issues …the bedroom door wouldn’t open and I was stuck inside the bedroom for a number of hours. However the manager quickly responded and offered to fix it the following day. A very minor issue was that the chairs outside were not that comfy but that’s just my preference and the balcony quite small …some of apartments have larger balconies with better views. There’s a bit of noise from the tram and other residents but that’s to be expected, nothing too bad and it didn’t bother us but light sleepers need to be aware.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Alfama, Lisbon’s charming old town. It is the perfect starting point for sightseeing, exploring the historic streets, and experiencing the authentic atmosphere of the city. The famous Tram 28 stops just nearby, making it easy to visit many of Lisbon’s main attractions. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room for four people. It is modern, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We really appreciated how comfortable and practical it was after a day of exploring the city. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Lisbon. We would definitely choose it again!
