The staff was friendly and very helpful with questions and local recommendations. They were very responsive to questions prior to and after arrival. check in and access to building were very easy.
Bed was a little firm. The apartment was otherwise very clean and comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Beautiful, historic building.

No individual key to open main building. Using the drop box at night for access. Tricky putting key back when you’re carrying things and are on your own

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was welcoming. We would stay here again.
Not enough toilet paper. When you run out they charge.

Location was great. Beds were relatively comfortable. Nice flat.
They didn't have any towels for makeup but are charging "cleaning fees" to clean / replace towels (even though it is a cost of doing business). They market this property as having parking but it's 10 mins away in a parking structure and then you have to pay for it. They told me the parking structure takes card but it only takes cash. Even though ear plugs were provided, there were loud bin men outside the flat at 3 am making noise with their trucks. Terrible communication leading up to checkin.
